My furnace/AC fan had stopped working. I called at 10:30 this morning, and Gino said he would be here by 2PM. Got a text that he would be getting here early, around 1. He identified the problem, an old capacitor, and replaced it quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone needing HVAC work.

He accurately diagnosed the issue, walked us through our options listing out cost, pros, and cons. We ultimately decided to replace our unit at a very fair price. He replaced our unit quickly, professionally, and effectively. We are sure to stay so cool for good now that we’ve found Gino!! Cannot recommend enough.

They were professional and did a great job. I really thought I was going to have to buy a new heater but they were able to fix and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I will be hiring them for all future needs.

I contacted Gino (Sta So Cool) on a Sunday an left a voice mail. He called me back in 10 minutes I told him my problems with my AC unit. He came out Monday the next day. He gave me options and recommendations. I chose a new AC Unit which made better sense due to him explaining everything to me. It was installed the very next day! If there is faster and higher quality work Gino sets the Bar extremely high! I have used him 3/4 times an it’s always the same day service or the next day at the latest. I give him a 5 star ratings. Sta so cool installed my AC! Gino did a great job! He made sure the job was done right and was able to help me get my washer and dryer lines installed as well! Gino is a very nice person and great with customers. He explained all of the options with my AC repair very thoroughly. He got my AC working that day and the price was better than competitors I’ve used in the past. I will be using Sta So Cool in the future. I would recommend them to anyone.

90 degree day and AC was not working right. Gino was very responsive, fit me in very quickly on same day. He found the issue immediately and fixed in less than 45 min. The charge was a bargain for diagnosing, replacing a part and adding Freon. He checked to ensure all was well before he finished up. Super nice to boot. Definitely has a new customer.
