Very knowledgeable technician. I had a problem with my well pump switch that I thought was a bad well pump. The tech was called out on an emergency service call to address a pump issue and found it to be a dirty switch that just needed to be flushed. Great attitude and very friendly. He could of taken advantage of the situation and replaced the pump like I thought and I would not have had any idea but he didn't, Honesty is key and it was nice to see it.

Zach was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous with our faucet replacement experience. He assessed our specific, and somewhat challenging, circumstances; and devised and executed the best plan. We will definitely useThe Plumbing Works again.

This company is above and beyond top notch. The quality of service, the text with technicians name and photo was awesome, nothing was a surprise, they were very thorough, professional and explained everything so I could understand. Pricing was beyond reasonable for service and I will be using this company again for ANY plumbing needs!

This company is 1 of the worst I have EVER used. 1 part on a furnace to be replaced and they charged over 900.00! Also the part was not correct for my furnace. A 15 second shut off timer instead of 45 seconds to top it all off. Never is a long time but I will never call or recommend these people again!

We needed the service as our main sewer line got clogged. They arrived within the hour. The service tech did a great job. Very pleasant and professional and got the job done within a couple of hours on a Friday night. The price for coming out and fixing the sewer line was higher than expected... without having any reference points. Overall a good experience.

The team that comes from the Plumbing Works is always friendly and helpful. We have a contract with them, so we are at the top of the list if we have any issues. They also come out once a year to ensure our plumbing is working properly.

I recently purchase my home a few months ago and things seemed fine. A couple weeks ago we discovered a slow leak somewhere in our basement. I noticed something was wrong with our hot water heater while taking a shower one Saturday morning. When I looked for local plumbers they were one of the first I saw and figured why not. I put in the call and was told up front because of it being the weekend it would be more expensive, small price to pay for what turned out to be a rather expensive day. My plumber called and let me know about how long it would take. when he arrived he was very courteous and gave me my options. I took the full replacement of the hot water heater. Things got crazy after that but George kept me in the loop as to what was going on while he tracked down a new hot water heater for me. Once he completed the installation and fixed up a value and labeled all the major lines for us he walked my wife and I through what all he did and asked if we had any questions. Will definitely use these guys again
