The Plumbing Works

I was a first time customer of the Plumbing Works to replace a water heater. The technician, Austen Goodman, did an excellent job and I am very happy with the quality of his work installing the new water heater and installing a series of new shut off valves. The communication with the business office was also excellent. They secured a warranty refund on my previous water heater through the supplier. They did not have to do that and I appreciate that they went above and beyond.

I called and within the hour someone was sent out to my home. I called for clogging issues with my kitchen sink. Zach was super friendly and professional. He was very informative and helped me figure out the issue and best value. I would 100% recommend them and will continue to go there for services.

I have used the Plumbing Works in the past; the quality of their work and their response time during a major plumbing issue makes them the best around. I will always call the Plumbing Works first.

Just had service at my residence and Shane was great. He was on time, identified my issues quickly and provided pricing options. When I did a little research the prices were comparable to other prices in the area.

The service that he performed was quick, and he was professional yet personable the entire time.

The rep that answered the phone was also very responsive and helpful in assisting me with setting up the appointment.

I'll be having them come to repair a couple other issues and then hopefully won't need to call them again unless an emergency occurs.

I had a pipe issue and had to shut my water completely off. I called Plumbing Works and spoke with Candi. She was very professional and got me an emergency appointment ($125 emergency is very fair) within two hours. While waiting for the tech, Candi called and told me it would be closer to the two hour mark which was great to know so I didn’t have to sit around. I also received two texts and emails with updates on when the tech will be out. It also included his name and picture so I know who was coming. Austen came out and was professional and thorough. He explained everything and gave me options. He fixed everything and I had water back in the house. The entire process from my first phone call was 3.5 hours. I am very pleased with Plumbing Works. I have used them before and they were just as great.

I was looking for a plumber for 2 days; using, Angie’s list and word of mouth. I was tired of waiting for someone to return my call so I decided to Google “plumber near me” and their name was the first on the list. I called them and they were at my home within an hour. The work I needed done was more extensive than I had predicted. The man that was dispatched to my home was professional and understanding. He needed to call in another person to help finish the job. They got the job done within 2-3 hours and cleaned everything up, like they weren’t even there. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing job. If I ever need a plumber again I will be calling them. I can’t compare prices but I’m sure they are compatible with other plumbers. They were professional, quick, polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. What more could someone ask for.

This is my third old home renovation, and I've rarely run into contractors as wonderful as the people at The Plumbing Works. After getting quite a number of bids, I can tell you their prices are very reasonable.

And I don't always buy on price - personality counts, too, and Tom, Ryan and their apprentices were wonderful. And Andrea kept me informed as to appointment and arrival times.

I had plumbing repairs, fixture replacements and furnace cleaning and repair. All were done efficiently and the craftsmen couldn't have been nicer. They answered all my questions (even the dumb ones) completely and considerately. They covered their shoes when inside my house. And they cleaned up after themselves. It was as pleasant an experience as these kind of repairs can be. I'm grateful to have found this company!

Zack Lavender was our technician today. He arrived promptly (within 30 minutes of my call) and was very professional and thorough in his explanations. I actually was shocked at what I thought was a really low price. After reading some of the reviews that talked about how expensive Plumbing works was, I was a little apprehensive. I thought the price was very reasonable. The work was done quickly and looks great. I'll be using The Plumbing Works again when the need arises!

Highly recommend. We experienced 2 malfunctions over the weekend - a jammed garbage disposal and a leaking AC unit. I called on Saturday night and their answering service said a technician would all me Sunday morning. Sure enough Austin called me right around 9:30 and was able to get to the house about an hour later. He replaced our disposal as the engine had went and also inspected our AC unit. After inspection he determined the AC unit required a certified technician and said he would request Ryan come out to the house on Monday. Monday shortly after 8am one of the girls in the office called to schedule Ryan to come out that morning. Ryan was early, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He informed us we needed a new AC unit and was able to come back Wednesday and install. Both Austin and Ryan were very professional, wore masks and booties in the house and were very respectful. My interactions with the girls in the office was also great - again, very professional, respectful and courteous. We received a call Thursday morning from Candie to check in and confirm everything was working and that we were good. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, I had George Grosser, an employee of Plumbing Works come to my home to clear a sewer back up. They understood the emergency of it and was able to give me an appointment the same day.
I was extremely satisfied with his service.
He was on time, completed the repair quickly and provided advice on what I might do to prevent this problem from happening again.
There was clean up that was required and he took it upon himself to contact the restoration company to set up a time for them to come out the same afternoon.

Totally satisfied with Plumbing works and George Grosser. Will use this company and request George.
