The Plumbing Works

The plumbing works will be my go to when I need plumbing work done. I have used others but they were rude and late even with no call to let us know they were behind schedule. The young man we had to fix our tub drain taken the time to explain to us and showed us what was needing to be done when we asked. He was patient with us as we asked and even talked to him. Everything was done in a timely matter and as well the pricing was fair especially through of all times now with the covid19 pandemic. Very professional! Thank you for making this stressful time in peoples lives go so much better.

As for the lady who originally taken my call, She too was wonderful and friendly. She too was payment and not one to rush off the phone. She called us right back within 10 minutes. Thank you!

I called Plumbing Works after coming home to an unpleasant sight outside at the sewage pipe. I save you the colorful details but you can certainly image what was present 😢

I called and had a pleasant interaction with, I believe Karen, who asked me questions about the issue and shared that she was able to get someone out right away. What I appreciated about the interaction is that it didn’t feel rushed and she took time to understand, explain and most impressive, follow up with me after the work to make sure things were working in proper order. The plumber that came out, Jared, was fantastic. He showed that he was knowledgeable and that he had my best interest in mind - not killing my pockets like I’ve experienced with other plumbers. He was an authentic guy and we engage in other conversation that built instant rapport and would put any customer at ease. Good experience and with service like this wouldn’t even think to go elsewhere for future needs. Nicely done.

Repaired a kitchen sink plumbing issue. Tech Shane was respectful, and presented the company well. The service was completed in a short time. The work was explained well, and we understood our billing process.
We were satisfied with the job.

Excellent service. My well pump stopped working. The plumbing works sent over a team on a Saturday afternoon in less than 30 minutes. They pulled the pump and replaced it with a new one under warranty in a little over an hour. Fabulous. Nice guys too, by the way.

Exceeded promised time for arrival of tech Ryan to check system, this was greatly appreciated. Ryan was professional in every aspect, answered questions in layman's terms and explained options. This is not the first time he has been here, his work and manner of doing business is appreciated.

My friendly and knowledgeable plumber Ryan arrived right on time and quickly and efficiently identified the problem(s), quoted a price and solved! Austen was a great repair person. Very professional and courteous at all times. He was here for 5 hours to unclog a drain pipe that turned out to be clogged far worse then thought. A little expensive for a repair but what plumber isn't? Plus work is guaranteed for a year. And learned how to keep it from getting that way again. Called at 8AM and he was out by 9AM same day. Most places you call will schedule you for sometime that week. Would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again.

The Plumbing Works team was very professional, readily available, always on time, and knowledgeable....especially in my case for a tank-less water heater. Over the course of two weeks I had seen two different service people and both were very professional. The small things were always addressed including covering the bottoms of their shoes when walking through the house. Sure seems like they were well trained not only in plumbing, but in customer service. I'll continue to use.

Cons - We had a bad billing experience. Water heater repairs are done for 700+ that never worked. We then had them replace for 1700. I got a credit for 1/2 of the 700 but feel all should have. 1.) Tech replaced the two parts he stated would allow water to get hot again and the repair never worked. 2.) Tech failed to tell us our tank was riddled with calcium until after repairs were completed.
Pros - Absolute top-notch workmanship/quality, very fast, professional, and friendly.
