My Technicians were extremely professional, courteous, and kept me apprised every step of the way. I have the annual maintenance contract and I highly recommend the Plumbing Works.

During the night I noticed there was a problem with the plumbing. We couldn’t use either toilet. Called a different company and scheduled an appointment between 8 & 10. I had called 2 other companies. When I thought I was calling the company to see where they were I called The Plumbing Works in error. Told her I called the wrong company and I was frustrated. She (Andrea) said let me know if we can help. I hung up and with in 5 minutes she called me back and said she could have a Technician out in 10 minutes. Sent me a picture of the Technician and as promised he was out in less than 10 minutes. He looked everything over and gave us a quote. This is a fantastic company. Great and knowledgeable employees. I highly recommend this company. You won’t be disappointed.

I'm highly impressed with the service that we just received. Brian and Dylan arrived in under 3 hours and fixed our problem in less than 30 minutes. They were both very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

As new homeowners, my husband and I were a little anxious about who to call for a leak in the kitchen ceiling; we’ve never had to deal with repairs before and didn’t even know where to begin. After looking over other reviews, we thought to give these guys a try- and what a great choice that was! Jason arrived on time, was curteous to myself and our belongings, and did everything in a very professional manner. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and even gave us suggestions for our next steps to get the ceiling repaired. We had purchased a new oven and had a date scheduled to have that store take the old one and install a new one. In that time we found out our old house did not have a shut off valve behind the oven meaning we couldnt have it replaced until it was installed. We were able to leave a message for Pluming Works at 7pm on a Wednesday and had them out noon the next day!

The gentlemen that came were nothing but professionals, curtious and well informed. Their friendly techs were in and out and had everything perfect before leaving. I will definitely be using their services again as needed.

This is the 3rd time I’ve called plumbing works to do a job for me, and I’ve gotten the same, great, prompt and courteous service each and every time! I had a quote for a new shutoff valve and faucet and the plumbing works beat the other guys by $700 and the service was more professional and prompt than the other group. Jason came over the same day and completed the job within 30min and kept me up to date with all the information. I will continue to be a repeat customer and would highly recommend this company to anyone!
