Brandon came out and gave me an estimate on some work I needed done and wanted to charge me $3,300 for some very basic and simple work. I said no thanks, how about just running a water line for a spigot in the garage. He said $500... there is already a water line in the garage. Very simple job and wants $500 to do it. Insanely over priced company. I really don't recommend them to anyone. They charged me $75 for this visit and didn't do anything except give me insanely high estimates and break one of my water lines, got water all over the garage and it got my tool bag wet, as well as track water through the house. Terrible experience. So I just did all the work myself over the weekend and costed me less then $100 for all the parts I needed... $3,300... what a joke.

Between being kept upto date on the technician arrival time by the office and the utmost professionalism by the technician while in my home. The company was great and easy to deal with from start to finish. Will definitely can them first thing if I have plumbing needs again

Professional and efficient. After trying many DIY remedies for my clogged drains, I finally contacted The Plumbing Works based on Google reviews. I scheduled an estimate one evening, got a call the next morning, and someone showed up within the hour. Shane, first repairman who came, was extremely polite and very helpful when making a decision, especially with the estimates; I never felt pressured to do anything. He, along with his colleague Austin, completely replaced the original galvanized pipes with PVC for our bathroom sink and tub in about 5 hours (exposed piping in the basement helped). I would highly recommend them.

I have used Plumbing Works a few different times. I scheduled an appointment for them to come and hook up a water line to my refrigerator and connect my new gas range. When I set up the appointment, I asked for an estimate on the cost and the lady told me she couldn't say, but the technician would give me pricing once he came to the house. The technician is here and I am now paying $651 for these two pieces to be hooked up. $200 for the gas range and $451 for the refrigerator. The technician showed me their menu pricing which I feel is outrageous as I was expecting something in the $200-$300 range. I needed it done today, so I agreed. But, my question is, if they use menu pricing why couldn't she tell me that over the phone? They always do good work and scheduling an appointment is easy, but for these prices I will shop around next time.

We had an amazing first experience with Plumbing Works. Zach Lavender was dispatched to our house and arrived within an hour of our call for service on our toilet. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would be happy to have Zach provider our service anytime. We will definitely make Plumbing Works our plumbing company going forward. Avion was prompt and courteous and resolved the issue quickly. He went above and beyond to make sure the standing water was removed and the repair was made so my aunt could stay in her home.

Great experience with this company. Professional, courteous service. They sent a text ahead of time with the tech's picture so that i knew who it was. The tech explained everything in detail and provided all available price options for fixing the problem. He did an excellent job for what needed to be done. I am very happy with the service and will recommend them to others that need plumbing services.
