They have not performed enough due diligence on the plumbing problem in my building and charged $75.00/ Hour when they just spent 15 minutes and left the place without even giving me the information and I had to request them to give me the information and all the problems they mentioned in the report is not even correct and when I hired another plumber he fixed everything perfectly for just $350.00 as against Plumbing works requested for more thank 5K. I would never recommend them to anyone ever.

I had an emergency toilet issue and when I called for help the customer service worker was pleasant and helpful. I immediately received a call from Austin (who was equally pleasant) and assured me he would give me a call when he was on the way to my house. But, I was third on the list so he couldn't give me am exact arrival time. It was close to 10pm and I figured he forgot but a few minutes later I received his call telling me he was on his way. He had my problem fixed shortly after he arrived. And, was very helpful explaining pricing and even gave me tips to help my toilet run more efficiently. Great experience from beginning to end with your company. Thank you for all the help!!

We need straight talk, quality, quick response - Plumbing works has it covered. Used them 3 times so far. If I was a plumber I'd save a lot of money (ha ha). Once they spotted a dangerous fume leak without being asked (verified by other expert). They give clear options and no pressure. They explain how the house aged, and show the old parts afterward to prove it. They point out old work poorly done. Terrific experience so far. Owner, take a bow.

Edit: had them over a third time now. 2 plumbing issues and a hvac service and estimate.
Every time was great, every job was done well, and their people are very nice and good at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call again if needed.

Scheduled for a technician to come in and give us a quote on a job. We were told anywhere between 3:30-5:30 on a certain day. Adjusted our work schedule to accommodate, No one showed up and we never received a phone call that there was a scheduling issue

Austen G is an asset to the company. He explained everything that needed done and got it done in a timely manner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and will ask for Austen.

Jason and his team completed a whole house re-piping job. Replaced 58-year-old copper with PEX. The job included one full bath, kitchen, laundry room, two outside spigots and hookup to water softener and refrigerator. There were a couple challenging connections. But Jason was up to the task. I highly recommend Jason and his team at The Plumbing Works.

I woke up to a problem with a hole in the expansion tank above my water heater. I called the Plumbing Works and they were here by 9:30am and fixed everything! I only missed 2 1/2 hours of work! Thank you! Austen was great!

Can't say enough positive things about these guys. Communication was outstanding, options were presented of what would be most cost effective vs. best option. Austen and his (I assume) trainee arrived timely and were extremely professional. Great work! Worth every penny.

Plumbing Works did a fantastic job. I most appreciate they offered quotes both for if they provided the replacement parts or if I bought them myself. During the repair, whenever there was a question, I was asked if I wanted to proceed and was told an exact amount everything cost. Our house is old and the repair took longer than expected, but the tech was friendly and helpful.
