Waste of time driving there. They are out of everything. They should just remove the shelving for the fittings as ALL the boxes are empty. They don't stock basic tools or essentials need for the HVAC service industry. They were nice enough to offer to order items but couldn't tell me how long I'd have to wait. Take the extra time to drive somewhere else. Just a side note, there were no customers in the store (besides me) and they were putting customers calling in on hold. Guess they are shooting for the lowest grossing store award.

Gentleman I talked to said they don't carry parts for Carrier because they are proprietary parts. He couldnt help me unless I had all the part numbers and specs....which I did. All I needed was two capacitors and a 24 V contactor and "I can't help you". Looked at the online catalog, and they did indeed have at least two parts I needed that matched specs exactly. Very dissapointed. Looked like he just didnt want to be bothered to do his job. Will be ordering from another buisness.

Good people to deal with. Many parts and tools on hand with availability to get most things

Absolute terrible service or lack there of. Rip off artists at their finest. Stay away

Horrible customer service. They do not even deserve a star.
