Max C. Smith Co.

Over the years Max C. Smith has installed a new furnace, AC and humidifier for me. I make an appointment each year for them to come out and tune up everything. I've nothing but positive things to say about the professionalism of both the office staff and the service people.

I've been using Max C Smith for years now and have never had a negative experience with them. They're always professional, friendly, and prices are in line with what I'd expect for the services rendered.

Brian and his helper were there at the appointment time. They wore foot coverings to protect my carpet. They worked efficiently both inside and outside during the appointment.

Great company, punctual to respond to my call and quick to diagnose and fixed my emergency situation. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Will be using them for any further HVAC servicing!

AC stopped working overnight, called late July with a sleeping baby, and they were fast, pleasant, communicative, and successful! The entire transaction, from first phone call to payment was about 70 minutes. Two thumbs up for these guys!!

The serviceman arrived on time and spent extra time on a tricky issue to determine what was wrong with our furnace. He then had to drive back to the office to get the right part. We were happy with his persistence on fixing our problem.
