I invited Max C. Smith to come out to the house to fix a hot water heater, they came out quickly (which was important), they identified that a new water heater was required. The only down side was they were unable to fit the new heater. They did refer me to a local plumber that did a great job.

We have been using Max C. Smith Co. for years and they have always been very professional and responsive to our "emergencies". They provide great customer service, and I'd like to give a shout out to Joe S. He's been wonderful through our latest coil issue - thanks! On a bit of a different note, the companies designing these AC systems need to make them a but more durable. There are a lot of problems out there with these coils. Back in the day, you very rarely needed to have parts replaced after 5 years.

Excellent service! My boiler broke down when I turned it on for the winter. Within days I received a very competitive quote and install was done just a few days after. Quotes from competing companies were significantly higher in price and install date was 3 weeks out. Highly recommend Max Smith Company! Really came through for me when I was in a bind.

Mary was very rude and unprofessional. She had the wrong address and phone # (the correct address/phone # was confirmed prior to dispatch) which caused the technicians to not show up and that she blamed me for. I do NOT recommend this place.

They were prompt and professional. Did a great job replacing my AC. looks neat and I’m very happy. Also had them replace my water heater. Same day service!

Love this company. It's sometimes difficult to find quality service but I am always so impressed with Max C. Smith Co. I've had them install Mitsubishi ACs and a radiator. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgable, and willing to answer any questions I may have. Kirk has come to my house a couple of times to perform maintenance on my ACs, and he is one of the best!

Max C Smith installed a complete, new HVAC system in my home in 2017 and have maintained it ever since. Their service people, like Brian, do a great job. I recommend this company and its people without reservation.

Luke was great. Friendly and personable. Discovered the issue and had it fixed in a very short amount of time. Used this company in the spring as well when we had furnace issues. Very pleased overall. Honest, decent people.
