Hands down, 5 start service. No high pressure sales tactics or BS. These guys are efficient and their work is clean. I am helping remodel my wife’s childhood home and they swung by anytime we had an issue with the work they did (a condensate pump was bad out of the box NOT THEIR FAULT). If you need quality HVAC work, these guys are the best!!

Just had some simple maintenance done when my AC wasn't cooling nearly as much as usual. He showed up on time, did a swath of various tests, and settled on trying the most likely fixes for my aging hardware, which has definitely improved the performance. He also put up with my insatiable curiosity, because I'm always eager to learn more about how things work 😀

I had these guys retrofit Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless mini-split air conditioners onto my recently purchased 115 year old house in Sharpsburg that only had boiler heat and no A/C. They were competitive and transparent with the pricing and reasonable / accountable to work with when issues came up during the install. Overall, the most professional contractor that I have had out to the home in the past year.

I also had them come out and do a boiler maintenance that involved cleaning the basement unit and replacing the thermocouple. I will definitely have them back for similar contract and maintenance work.

Sys wasnt cooling to set temp. Max Smith rep inspected sys inside & out. Couldnt find anything wrong. Suggested window coverings ( we had recently moved in). Rep was professional & knowledgeable. We will use their service again.

Our maintenance person was extremely thorough and once he replaced our circuit board went on to make sure that everything else was working properly that’s when he found a problem with the outside unit. He made sure to fix it before he left

The service man arrived on time, efficiently went about the process of checking out our furnace needs, explained clearly what he did and that we needed to update a couple components of the furnace. He was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable.
