Last spring we had a Mitsubishi split system installed to provide cooling for summer and heating for winter - It's like a totally different house!
We should have done this years ago. The price was very reasonable and installation only took 1 day. The salesman was great and the techs were awesome. The two units actually look good hanging on the wall and they hold the house temperature exactly where we set it. These units are so quiet we have to look to see if they are running. Great job guys!
That was 2018 ... fast forward to 2022 and the folks at Max Smith are still coming thru for me. I have used them for HVAC work, water heater replacement and they even service gas logs! They have certainly earned my trust over the years - I am confident to call them my official "go to" people.

The tech Greg has been at our house a number of times over the years. He was here recently for a furnace tune-up and excellent work was done as has always been the case We are very satisfied.

I called to have some repairs done to my furnace and ductwork. I also needed a cleaning and annual maintenance performed. The technician that came was very professional and thorough. He identified a few issues that I wasn’t aware of, showed them to me, and asked if I wanted to have them corrected. The price was fair and the work performed was high quality. I signed up for the annual maintenance plan and I’m happy to be a customer.

Got a few quotes before I requested one from Max Smith. Max came under both quotes with better upgrades so I chose Max. Very happy I did. Great install and super friendly employees!! Super happy customer! Highly recommend!!! A+A+A+A

The Max C. Smith co installed a furnace and air conditioner in my home. They completed the job in a little over a day! The installers were efficient, friendly and very task oriented. The time from the initial quote to the completion of the project was about one week, during a very busy time for the HVAC business. The installers, Mark and Greg deserve to be recognized. Joe Woods, the project manager was very easy to work with. I would recommend this company to anybody!

The service technician arrived on time and did a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting our air conditioning unit. He replaced one electronic part that was getting weak, We will renew our contract with this company when it comes due.

I had an issue with my HVAC system and called them for the first time. I used the emergency/after hours number and they responded quickly. The repairman as at my home with in a day and solved what turned out to be a minor (relatively inexpensive) problem. Thank you very much. Very satisfied with the service.

We have had bad experiences with other HVAC companies, so we did our research. Max C. Smith Co is by far the BEST! Reliable and on time, courteous and quick. Very happy we found a good company.

I bought and had installed a Lennox HVAC System in November 2019. In May 2020 the main system blower quit. Max responded quickly and got a temporary fix installed until the needed part could be obtained. In late May 2020 the AC functioned mechanically, but did not cool. Technician came serviced the unit and added Freon to the AC system and it is working properly now. I am pleased that Max takes responsibility for their work and equipment and responds quickly. I have had a service contract with them for five years and will continue to use their service,
