Installed new toilet where 2 other plumbers were reluctant to touch the old pipes. Installed new lines to prevent freezing in a crawl space. No problems. Excellent to work with. Rarely have to wait. Love this company!

I had a blocked up main drain. I originally called Frew to come out today but also tried to schedule another company to come earlier. We the other company came out yesterday to snake the drain. They determined the pipe had collapsed and we would have to have some digging done to replace the outside house trap. The cost of the repair was about $7K. I wasn't too surprised since the house is over 100 years old. I figured that Frew would come in and confirm the problem and get me a competing quote. Well they took a crack at snaking the drain for a few hours and found the obstruction and were able to clear the drain. They saved me A LOT of money!

Frew Plumbing pulled our family out of one of the most trying experiences of our life after our municipality's hired contractors ripped out our sewer during a municipal storm sewer project, refused to hold their contractors responsible and followed with a letter threatening to call the Health Department if we didn't fix what they broke. Today my family will shower, use the toilets, washing machine and do dishes in our home for the first time in nearly four months. The project was so complicated, we spent months looking for a plumber able to do the job. Jim Frew didn't 'bat an eye' at the project and designed a creative solution to the problem that no other plumber would touch. He is forever our plumbing 'savior'. Keith and Dave were awesome. Their work, clearly top notch. Thank you to everyone at Frew Plumbing. Job well done! We are forever grateful to you all!

Great company and very professional! The tech, Mike, was very professional and so knowledgeable and was very thoughtful with answering all my questions and giving honest feedback. Also left our basement spotless and all the work he did was so tidy. Tim was the guy who wrote up our quote and he also took a lot of time walking me through what I wanted and answering all my questions. Just a great company and we plan on using them and requesting Mike from here on out. Just sad that it took us this long to find them!

Called in a pinch, furnace went out after another company had been out to the house a few days earlier and was unable to come back. They promised they could be out same day and delivered above and beyond. Tenant was happy with the work and professionalism. Also was happy that as a first time customer they were flexible with payment options. Would highly recommend and will use again for any future needs.
