Once the actual service was completed we were quite happy with our new furnace. However, it was unfortunate that we had to wait about 5 days to have it installed which left us literally freezing to death awaiting heat! We experienced the coldest temperatures over that time which were -2°
So by the time we had the installation we had survived a deep freeze! The new furnace is working quite well & we are overall pleased with the service that was provided.

I’ve used Frew twice this winter for water line replacement and a boiler inspection. I was impressed by how easy it was to schedule appointments and make payments. Every appointment was on time and everyone I’ve spoken to or met so far has been friendly and knowledgeable.

ARS was recommended to me by a coworker and neighbor who mentioned that he felt good about a previous experience. He said that they sold him an appropriate furnace for the square footage of his home, rather than over sell him on a furnace that was more expensive and more than he needed. So I decided to give them a try.

Great service. Jared was professional and informative, carefully explaining the what and why of maintaining both my furnace and AC unit. I felt that the service was reasonably priced and that all of my questions were answered.

When it comes to car and house maintenance, the biggest fears most people have (at least that I have) are of getting duped or over paying for something. I can honestly say that I feel good about working with them. That’s rare in this day and age.

Used these folks for the first time several weeks ago to repair my hot water heater. They were able to do the repair the day after I called them. Eric was a great technician who explained everything to me and attempted to do the repair in a way that saved me money. After the first experience I decided to use Frew for all my HVAC/plumbing needs and signed an annual service agreement for heating and a/c. They just completed the fall service to the furnace and gave me the same level of service they did with my hot water heater repair. Good to know I have someone I can trust going forward!

I've used Frew H&P for years. They have a very nice package deal that covers a yearly furnace inspection and A/C inspection. When it comes time, they call you to set up your appointment. The technician that usually services me (Eric) explains if he thinks I will be coming up on some extra maintenance work (such as getting new burners). I appreciate that he thinks ahead for me so that I don't have any emergencies. I highly recommend Frew. Very professional and PROMPT.

This is the 2nd time I have used Frew plumbing. They have gotten to my house quickly, which is wonderful since it was for burst pipes and I had to shut off water to house. They are very courteous and let me know what they are doing. I definitely recommend.

Frew has serviced this house for many many years dating back to when my parents first moved in and they had a lot of work done over the years . That goes back quite some time ago. My parents always called Frew and I will continue to call them. They are the best in the business !!!!

My pipes burst from the cold weather and one of the techs was able to come out same day and fix them for me. The guy that came out was very professional and kind. He fixed my pipes promptly and the price was great I thought for what was wrong.
