Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. They gave us information on several options for repair and for a new system. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units.
Within a week we had an appointment for the installation. Russ and Cody arrived at 7:30 am and began to remove our old system. Buy 2:30 we had a new heating and AC system up and running. We were impressed with Russ and Cody's knowledge, professionalism and kindness! Simply top notch.

On a recent frosty Friday, when our boiler started raining water onto the basement floor, I placed a call to Tudi. We have been customers for several years. Scheduling staff were helpful and kind. Robert arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts were ordered and a few days later, Robert returned to complete the repair. The technicians were very professional. They went over and above what I would have expected. They were diligent workers, very clean. Actually left my house cleaner than when they came. The technician (Cory/Cody?) arrived on time, communicate and was professional. He was able to quickly solve our plumbing issue.

We had a ductless AC installed. They were quick and professional. They covered the permits, electrical work, placement of the unit, and the full installation for the condenser and piping. It only took around 6 hours of work. I highly recommend them for their great work and speed of install.

Tudi did a great job with the installation of a garage heater. They verified placement of the heater during installation and positioned the thermostat in a perfect location. The routing of gas lines and electrical are neat and well done. They confirmed operating of the heater upon completion. I will call Tudi again for service. Thanks!

Couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Called to schedule servicing for my mini-split and was able to get someone out within days. They were on time and friendly. Fixed the issue and gave us tips for maintaining the mini-split in the future. Refreshing to get such great service. Would definitely use again.
