Frew Plumbing Heating & AC

We have used Frew several times and they are always prompt and professional, taking time to explain issues and options.

We can't recommend Frew enough after our experiences with multiple technicians and their office! They were very understanding and flexible while working with the quirks of our old house. They were available quickly for small repairs and their work replacing our AC system was fast and very non-invasive. They took the time to diagnose and fully explain all potential options for our house. After experiences with other, larger area businesses, we found Frew's prices to be the most reasonable and their service to be the most professional. We look forward to continuing to work with them!

Fixed our shower faucet, which had been torqued off of the wall during our attempt at replacement. The copper pipe was completely twisted off, flush with the wall.

Free was extremely professional over the phone and in person. Serviceman showed a sense of urgency in his arrival and work. Our faucet was fixed within 90 mins of his arrival.

Highly recommend Frew. They communicated clearly, thoroughly explaining the repair and our options. Because the first winter cold was hitting our area within 2 days, they found a way to squeeze us into a very packed schedule so that our renters wouldn't have to find a hotel with their little kids. We have used Frew twice now and plan for them to be our Go-To source for all of our heating, plumbing and A/C needs!

Frew Plumbing has done a lot of work for us. From simple toilet fixes and HVAC repairs to repairing sewage lines and everything in between. The entire Frew team is excellent. I have had a Frew service technician out two times to our home so far to attend to plumbing issues. Both times the service was great! The communication from both the office and the technicians was clear and accurate. Both times my problems were taken care of with a minimum of fuss on my part in a very reasonable amount of time. The fee for a visit and the work conducted is reasonable, especially for the level of service, expertise, and reliability I have received. Don't be fooled by the companies who offer the lowest price - they also offer the lowest level of expertise and service. I will be continuing to call on this company when the need arises in the future.

Had Frew out again to work on our main stack (add in a cleanout) and to hook up our new bathroom sink. Great job again! Thanks Frew!
