It's been two years since we had a new furnance & AC put in and I still highly recommend Frew. The install was smooth and it's been running great since. I am enrolled in the maintance plan so Frew comes twice a year for routine maintenance and they are always on time and do thorough work.

I have used Frew ever since I moved to the North Hills for all of our plumbing, heating and cooling needs. One particular event sticks out to me. It was winter and I had a new little baby. The gas company had found a leak and shut the gas off to the house while we were at work and I came home to no heat and no one in the gas companies office for the weekend. Frew graciously brought over electric space heaters for our house to help keep it warm and repaired our gas line asap so we could get it turned back on. Every time they are dependable and truthful about what it will cost, how long it will take and follow ups. Simply a great local company you can trust.

I am a returning customer. As always, Frew's employees have been on-time, courteous and professional. I have never had a problem or complaint with their work and the job is always done completely and I have never had to call to have them redo a fix. In the pursuit of honesty, my story has a few bumps in the road in line of service: with the lateness of the appointment and the misquote. However, that said, and in the same line of honesty, I was pretty grouchy, and kind of trying not to be too rude, which came off rash. I was happy with the professionalism that Frew and their technician, Erik, offered. Things like my split level HVAC have a cost to fix and maintain, and that's just life. But Erik did take the extra time, despite my attitude, to tell me how to maintain it in the future and explained the issues well. Finally, when sticker shock faced the already distraught customer, they worked with me. I was happy with the professionalism, when they could have easily stood their ground, given my attitude. I would likely use Frew again if I ever had plumbing or HVAC work again. But, for my own sanity, I do hope I won't need to use them again. Haha!
