Frew Plumbing Heating & AC

Frew crew was EXCELLENT! When I called them as our furnace was dying during a cold snap, they arrived same day to try and repair, but warned parts were failing and would require replacement. They returned the next day with new parts in hand and completed a permanent repair. The whole team was very responsive and kind. Will use them again in the future and recommend highly!

We found Frew Plumbing after a bad experience with another company. Sean, from Frew Plumbing arrived on time and went right to work. Ours is an older house but new to us, so we had lots of things that needed attention. Sean was patient, listened, and then went to work on each and everyone of the projects. Two were challenging but he worked until they were fixed. We will always recommend FREW Plumbling. They will also be our go-to company for any furnace or AC problems.

I had a major failure in the plumbing lines leading to my septic tank, with an unknown cause, unknown complexity, but I knew I was facing a large project and a large bill. Suggestions from other plumbers seemed ineffective and unnecessarily destructive. The owner of Frew came out, assessed the situation, walked me through the process, was very methodical and kind explaining the whys and hows. Every single person who came out to my home associated with Frew was professional and friendly, very respectful of me and my home, and I can't recommend all of them highly enough. You always hope something major like this doesn't happen, and that the previous work done was correctly, but when it's not, having someone who values honest, correct work, is invaluable.

Full problem list: collapse sewer line in foundation wall, improper pipe under house for sewer lines, improper pipe outside, improper connection to septic tank, all corrected or in process to be done soon.

Great communication and service all around. Our sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable on the front end, and same with the tech during the install. First time using Frew but definitely will be back.

This was for a commercial repair. While they were busy (as most good contractors are right now), they did manage to get to our job fairly quickly. The repairs were completed promptly and reasonably. Everyone who I spoke to at this business was friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this business.

Greg was very nice to work with. He arrived on time and did excellent work even when unforeseen problems arose. If I need plumbing services in the future, I will certainly call Frew Plumbing and ask for Greg.

The severely slow service provided by Adam and his company almost cost me the closing on my house. He dragged his feet for nearly three weeks before completing the dye test for my house, then when it failed, told me he didn't have time to complete the work (even though it took another plumber less than one hour to do the job). Thankfully, a more reliable plumber (Greater Pgh Plumbing) was able to come quickly and get the job done. Do not trust this company.

Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when my boiler needed help! He explained everything, gave me 2 different options and did not try to scare me into buying a new one....(like another company had tried to do). Parts came in quickly and I was up and running much quicker than anticipated.
