Frew Plumbing Heating & AC

My cold water line sprung a leak on a Friday afternoon. I called Frew at 2:30 & they were at my place by 3:30 fixing the pipe. Tech was professional & efficient. He was able to get the job done in no time. My husband and I were very happy with the promptness and service they provided. We have found a new plumber for future use.

We had a sewage back up on Friday night.... Raw...sewage in our basement bubbling up the drain like mashed nastiness from hell. After calling the township and confirming the problem was somewhere from the road to our house, we called another plumber and waited two days for him to be able to help. He didn't have the right equipment and said he did not know of anyone that would be able to help. So then I found Frew.... I called them at 7:56 am this morning and they had not one. but two vehicles here with two of their emplyees that were prepared and knowledgeable and POLITE before 9 am. Within three hours we now can use the sink, the washer, annnnd most importantly... the toilets!!! We have never had this problem in the past and I don't know if their price was comparable to other companies, but their service was INCOMPARABLE and their response time made my entire day so much better. I hope we don't have to, but if we do, we will definitely use their services again!

I had a gas leak and called a couple companies to help me. One of them never called me back. The other one recommended Frew plumbing. I called and talked to a nice lady by the name of Lori. She helped me and had a man by the name of Greg at my home in a half hour. Greg was very knowledgeable and had awesome customer service. I will definitely recommend this company. I am also planning on getting my bathroom remodeled and Frew will be my first call.

We are so glad to have found Frew Plumbing, Heating and AC - we have used them for several years now. We sign up for the ac/furnace maintenance plan to make sure our systems are running efficiently before the seasons change, and have also had to make several emergency calls for both systems. Once, they walked me through several things I could do to get our furnace going again so I could save myself the emergency call - but they also saved us when the furnace shut down in the middle of January and the temps inside dropped quickly. They've also saved us several times with the a/c and we are now working with them on a replacement as our system is older and irreparable. I know I can trust Frew when I call them and they have really come through for us, which I especially appreciate since we have two young children in the house to watch out for. We've worked with Tim, Erick (HVAC techs), Adam (plumbing) and Mike (sales) and they've all answered any questions I have and are super friendly and dependable. Techs are punctual, clean, and respectful, the office is easy to work with, and we are very glad to have Frew to rely on!

I have had Frew over a few times, first for ductless estimates and then for maintenance on my boiler and most recently for a repair on the boiler. They are always incredibly courteous to talk to on the phone and very prompt with any visit. I am very happy with the work recently done to replace my boilers blower motor, the repair tech was very professional, polite and answered any questions I had thoroughly and patiently.

Frew Pluming installed air conditioning and a new bathroom for us. The workmanship was fantastic as were the workers. The quality of the work was topnotch and the price was reasonable. I will be back to Frew Plumbing with my next plumbing, heating or air-conditioning need.

I had a bathroom water pipe leaking through the heating duct into the garage below. My plumber, Greg was on time and explained everything he was doing. He was very neat and worked quickly. My garage was cleaner afterwards then before Greg arrived. The cost was less then I expected.

I heater broke and they sent in a technician(Michael) next day immediately to check the issue.. Michale is super professional and nice. He walked me through with all the issues and solutions to ensure that I understand where the issue came from. I almost felt I was in class learning all the HVAC info lol. He and his teammate installed the furnace and AC in a timely manner. They also send in 5 heaters for me to use before the installation was done to make sure I have heat at house for kids and myself. It was so nice seeing a company that truly cares about customer’s need. I was very impressed about the service from Mike and will recommend this company to whoever that needs as their service is outstanding!
