Frew Plumbing Heating & AC

Have had a lot of plumbing work done by Frew over the past 5 years. I've been satisfied with the work. I would like to see more detailed information though explaining the billing. Parts, labor, hours being charged, etc. Plumbing work is expensive and not to be taken lightly especially when it's something unexpected.

We had a fairly large job for the Frew guys with the installation of a whole-house six-unit ductless system that took about a week in July of 2016. The cost was very reasonable, especially after comparing their quote to three other well-known HVAC service providers in the area. Mike was extremely responsive and reachable at various times during the week and the weekend. It’s worth noting that his proposal was the most professionally put together when compared to others, and he took the time to work through several iterations of the different specs of the units. Likewise, the installation was done in a professional manner – Erik, Tim and the crew were solid guys to do some very complex installation work and they took the time to do it right - it's been about a month and so far all seems to be operating great. They had complete access to the house without us there and would do that again if we need additional work done. I recommend these guys without reservation.

Jim and his crew have done several plumbing jobs for me ranging from declogging to upgrading hardware to code. They have always been prompt and thorough. It is comforting to know that they are only a call away.

Adam Frew came within an hour of my call and replaced a leaking pipe in my basement. Workmanship and materials were first rate. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have always been satisfied.

Not many companies service mini-split units. Frew does! I had Tim come and address an issue I was having with an LG mini-split. It required several trips from Frew. He was timely and always came early within the time frame specified, he called 20-30 minutes before coming each time to give me a heads up, was friendly, respectful and knowledgable. Took care of the issue in a minimal amount of time. Also was very responsive when I thought I was having a repeat issue with the unit. I was very pleased overall with Frew!

Frew is always quick to respond. Keith has been here to fix several leaks and has been great. On time, professional, efficient & does not leave a mess behind.

Annual check up for my furnace. Can't say enough about Erik. Very professional. Explained everything, told me what may need done by next year. Even write down the things to lookout for and what will need to be replaced by next year. Highly recommend Free and Erik!

Frew has serviced our HVAC system for a few years now, and we are pleased with their availability, cost, and service. We consistently use Eric as our technician, he is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. I'd recommend using them in your home!
