Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

I have worked with both Frank and Jack and have been very impressed by the service each provided. Frank recently installed a humidifier in my home which has made a world of difference to the static electricity problem we were having from the carpets. He was professional, polite and neat and didn’t leave my home until everything was explained. Jack came in and solved a nasty plumbing issue we had in record time. He, too, was polite, respectful and neat. Being new to this area, I’m so relieved to have found such a reliable company and certainly will be using them in the future.

We contacted the Dream team to address a plumbing issue and they sent Ron out the next day. Ron quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. He came back within two days with parts needed and the job is done successfully. I will definitely call Dream Team again when we have to he need for plumbing and other services they offer.

Jack was prompt and professional in responding to our call for assistance with our backed up sewer line. He went right to work trying to clear the line and when he realized it wasn't possible he patiently explained why the best remedy would be to replace it with a new seemless pipe. Jack answered all of our questions, clearly laid out the plan and what financing options were available. His obvious knowledge, work ethic and attention to detail helped us to feel comfortable about our decision to use the Dream Team for our project. And the team delivered big time! Jack, Matt, Rob and the rest of the crew were extremely courteous, focused, hard working, and competent throughout the process. Jack kept us updated periodically as to the progress being made. We were greatly impressed with the Dream Team and would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

Daniel was an outstanding technician! We have been looking for an electrician for a while, and Dream Team sent Daniel out a few days after we called.

He did an electrical safety evaluation of our whole home, worked quickly and cleanly. We have been hesitate to have workers in our home during the pandemic, but Daniel was very safe, in PPE, and considerate. We will be hiring Dream Team again, and asking for Daniel specifically.

Your office , Ansley, was responsive , efficient, friendly and very helpful. Sean, your technician, was not only on time, he was early. From scheduling with Rebekah to Mike the plumber and Nick the electrician this was the most productive 24 hours with a service company I've ever had. First class pleasant people who excelled at their jobs and provided fast accurate reasonably priced services. Highly recommend!
