Nichols is exactly the sort of business I like -- family run, local, long history, obviously competent and committed to doing an exceptional job. To be a customer (3rd time in the last year for me) means getting treated well and I think very fairly -- price and service-wise. Two brothers still very committed to whatever you need - I have had only good experience. When I recently needed a replacement boiler, they responded quickly, did it right and within my budget. I'm happy to recommend them without reservation! Earlier I needed a hot water heater replacement - again, responded quickly with a fair price and a great job! Thanks, Nichols!

Amazing customer service and overall experience! I have been (unfortunately) ghosted by my handyman and other contractors for several weeks. I filled out the online form today and someone (Rich) came over in a few hours to give an assessment and estimate. I was so glad to know more about my bathroom issue and will be using Nichols when I'm ready to do the work. 5+ Stars and highly recommended!!!

We've used Nichols plumbing several times for various projects because they are responsive, reliable, and do good work.

We had a clog in the drain between the house and the street. We had a home warranty in place so they sent out a plumber that only wanted to get paid for showing up. He didn't care about fixing the problem. He left after 10 minutes saying we needed to pay extra to do camera inspection or something.

We called Nichols, it was cold and dark out. With some elbow grease and persistence he was able to unclog the pipe. We're grateful. We've also had Nichols extend our gas line, install a garbage disposal and fix other random leaks.

I had a very good experience with this company (which has been a struggle area with other companies). I got my hot water heater replaced in which I inquired about the job on Monday, was given a phenomenal quote on Monday, and got the work done on Tuesday. I am impressed with the responsiveness via emails, them having a hot water tank in stock, and the time it took to uninstall my old tank and install the new tank (2 hours). They were clean during the process (which is awesome because I have OCD). I guarantee you will not receive a better price from a professional company (pertaining to a hot water heater replacement and I’m sure other services). I know because I shopped around. Overall, I highly recommend Nichol’s and I’m glad I found this gem of a company. I will be using them again in the future!

I called Nichols and they were VERY!! nice to speak with and had someone at my home asap the next morning.. The person that arrived was VERY PROFESSIONAL!! and EFFICIENT!! and QUICK!! This would have been something i could have done myself if it wasn't for 2 work related injuries that have seriously impacted my ability to do things and because of that there were some heavy things that had to be moved before the fellow could start working and he was great and quickly and carefully had moved everything.. I would recommend Nichols to anyone and EVERYONE!!

Called after a horrible experience with a big corporate company; they were recommended by my home warranty company and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for that. I called them and got an appointment the same day; said they'd be there within 1.5 hours and arrived before hand. Replaced what was broken on my central a/c unit and was super friendly with my pit bull! I will keep this company in mind for all help I need going forward. Thank you so much!

I called for an estimate for my hot water heater and a boiler . This guy came and promised me an estimate in the next two days. after a week I called them again and they told me someone will call you. I tried many time calling them
Nothing was happening . I still didn't get my estimate. They might don't know what they doing either the made enough money . Don't want more business. So I will give them zero all over .
