Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

I was referred to the Dream Team from a neighbor who is a contractor. They did not disappoint!! Everyone at Dream Team is fantastic. I called late morning and Michelle got me on the schedule for the same day. Aiden the technician was very thorough and explained everything that he did. He also shared and explained all of the maintenance offerings. The problem with my AC unit was resolved very quickly. I couldn’t be more please with the Dream Team’s servicing and level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for maintenance and replacement of equipment.

We had an excellent experience with the Dream Team when we needed our garbage disposal repaired. It was very easy to schedule the service and our technician, Jack Foley, was professional, friendly, thorough and honest. He gave us a range of options in terms of fixing the disposal and also assessed the whole plumbing system in the house (at no extra charge) to identify any areas that might need our attention down the line. He never pushed to add more work, he was just making us aware of the ins and outs of our system. I really appreciated that. We will absolutely use their services again and would recommend them to others.

From start to finish, Phil provided superior customer service, arrived promptly, updated us throughout the entire process and completed the task in a timely fashion. Mike Rich showed up on time he was friendly and professional. He gave us an estimate on a French drain and was very thorough about the installation process. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be using their services again.

Our inside unit of split A/C was leaking and we had Mike D. come out and service it. He was very patient and meticulous in cleaning out drain pipes and checking the pressure and making sure the unit was tuned up properly. We were very pleased with the service and will be using Dream Team again!

Edit: the leak was not fixed. On a muggy day, the interior split unit pulled all the moisture from the air and dumped it on our floor. I called the Dream Team and they promised to send someone out. But not seen anybody come out to fix it yet. If you are using them, I would recommend having a backup company ready to fix the issue.

Phil from Dream Team came on time. He was extremely friendly and courteous. He explained the problems after he had thoroughly diagnosed them.

Phil worked up various estimates and gave me a range of options considering my budget. I would not hesitate to use this group again.

Tim and Ken are amazing resources of knowledge and advice for electrical concerns. Both are very professional, friendly and really take the time to explain to make sure you understand everything. Tim did a full inspection of our house and was able to save us from a really dangerous and costly fire hazard! Then, he referred us to Ken, who was able to troubleshoot an RV outlet issue in 30 seconds and make excellent recommendations on generators!

Sebastian was amazing and did an incredible job on my plumbing issue! I had a clogged drain in my kitchen sink and a dead garbage disposal. He repaired everything wonderfully and installed a new garbage disposal. I am beyond satisfied with Sebastian and the Dream Team!!!!

My experience was so good that it was almost scary. I mean, where does one find service and professionalism that meet or exceed your expectations these days?

Scheduling was a breeze - starting with the fact that someone actually answered the phone when I called! How often does that happen? Scheduling was at my convenience. Wow!

Nick was a great ambassador for Dream Team. On time. Respectful of my home. Honest about a particular aspect of the job (repair versus replace). DT also agreed to install fixtures that I had purchased previously - when I had to dismiss the contractor who was supposed to install them for me. Most plumbers won't do that.

I have a few more plumbing issues on my "to-do" list that I've been dragging my feet on because dealing with plumbing services can be a headache. Whie I think their prices are on the high side, I'm willing to pay a premium for courtesy, responsiveness, and professionalism. DT has my business from here on out. I can not recommend them enough.

James, our tech arrived at the expected time, was friendly, personable, and professional. He even liked our dog, even though she wanted to supervise his work. We’ve used Dream Team before and will use them again.
