Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

I had Dream Team evaluate my soon to be house related to knob and tube remediation. If I could give an 8 stars out of 5 I would. Phil was knowledgable, patient, friendly, and took the time to make sure that my wife and I were comfortable with the next steps. We felt 1000% better after the evaluation than before it - it took a total unknown issue to a path to modernization.

Sebastian was great. He showed up on time and spent a considerable amount of time diagnosing the issue and reviewing the estimates with us. I would definitely recommend The Dream Team - their customer service is excellent!!

My experience with this company has been wonderful! My technician was Jamal and he was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and gave wonderful feedback. He came in, saw the problem and was able to fix my problem within the day. Jamal even came back to do a follow-up check to make sure everything was working as it should be. Thankful that Jahlil called /texted me prior to arriving 20 minutes ahead of the appointment. Upon his arrival, he was very courteous, and altogether professional. Jahlil was kind, friendly and has a gentle smile and a soft voice. Wearing his Dream Team uniform - he appeared well equipped to handle, and managed my running toilet with care, and ease. Within just about an hour, Jahlil allowed me to inspect the job he performed. I'm grateful, and confident the work was done well. Thank you, Jahlil!

We ask for an estimate and got a very prompt response. Nick was in time and was very accommodating. He took time to listen and evaluate our needs. In the end we chose another company that was referred a friend.
But from our brief interaction, I was pleased by the several options Nick offered to us.
I think this company strives to provide good service at reasonable prices.

Alltough I am not happy I had to replace the trap from my house to the public sewage sytem I AM HAPPY I chose Dream Team to perform the work. I truly do not have anything bad to say. The price was fair. The scheduling was easy and they were avalible to do the work in a timely manner. The guys that came to do the job were professional, curteous and punctual. The job was done in one day and they even worked through heavy rain. I was so grateful that they didnt stop and come back the next day to finish. Thank you Dream Team for making this repair an easy one!

The technician was working downstairs and discovered the leak was coming from my condo. He immediately and clearly explained everything that needed fixing. He also sent video of the repairs and shown me the broken parts

Their technicians had profesional training in the latest building codes and electrical system. The building service was inspected, new grounding installed and new safety alarms installed to meet the code.
Highly recommend Dream Team for any electrical service.

Five starts isn't enough for this business. Phil was the best!! We had an electrical fire and Phil was out the next day with an estimate and came the day after (on a Saturday) to do a complete electrical restoration. He spent an entire day to complete the work. He answered every question with an immense amount of knowledge and was patient in all his explaining. Truly the best! Cannot recommend him enough!

He was so professional and explained everything with patience. He did a complete electrical restoration for 12 hours until the job was complete. The job looks amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better person to do the job!
