I’m new to Havertown and needed a good electrician that provided high quality workmanship and stood behind their work. After they completed the installation, I called them back to get a quote to move a utility sink that was slightly blocked by the new box. Instead of moving the sink, which the plumber said would probably make the room less functional, they moved the box - at no charge. The technician arrived when expected and was very pleasant to talk to (knowledgeable and friendly). While I had an idea of what I needed, he was actually able to find a better solution that met my needs AND saved me money compared to my original request. He was available to do the work and got it completed same day as the quote (actually, probably less than 2 hours total visit). I plan to use Dream Team again next time I need electrical work done. :)

Well done job for a ceiling fan on 18ft high ceiling & at a reasonable price. It took 2 people who were polite and explained around 'switch' system. Definitely would recommend.

Shawn was great. He explain things clearly and did not try to upsell me on services. He gave me tips on how to get 5 more years out of of our system before replacing it. Ralph came to the house today to remove a leaking faucet and replace. Helpful, friendly, highly professional. Communicated planned work clearly, did the work quickly and effectively, and left the work space spotless. Highly recommend.

The technician, James, was prompt, courteous, and answered all of our incessant questions about the wiring in our problem fixture. He made sure that the solution did not cause any other issues, as there were other wires routed through the same fixture. He went above and beyond to fulfill our request.
