Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

Nick Cipriotti, electrician, did a great job installing a brand new outlet for us! We love it. Not only did he do the electrical work perfectly, he cleaned up before and after. It is a rainy autumn day and he put a mat down on the floor inside the front door to catch all the wet leaves that tried to come in the house when he went in and out to get more supplies/tools. Everyone from Dream Team puts shoe covers over their shoes so they don’t bring the outside in! We became VIP members and will have plumbing work done next week!

Dream Team is a first class company. We had major drainage problem with old cast iron pipes and terracotta pipes in the basement interior and backyard exterior. Our house is 93 years old and we have had many issues of tree roots creating problems in our pipes and then we had a split in a cast iron pipe in the basement. A friend recommended Dream Team and that was the right call. Every employee we had working on our problem was courteous, professional and knew what the team had to do to rectify our problems. They were here many days but always showed up, and when they finished our bilko door area was swept and basement floors cleaned up making it better than when they arrived. Backyard area was raked, grass seed put down, and then topped with straw and hay. It was fascinating to watch them work together and get the job done. Many of the team said how much they liked working for Ryan, the boss, and how the company is treated like a family. I have to say that was very refreshing to hear that praise.

Our aging Carrier gas furnace stopped functioning and Dream Team's Frank McGinley came over the same day based on a cancellation along with a text head's up with his profile before meeting. He diagnosed the parts we needed to replace and avoided (at least for now) a full replacement. More importantly, he took pictures of the work and parts and explained every item to us in detail, and in the end, estimated we could make do hopefully without the last and most pricey part, as we were on a budget with this unexpected expense, which he was very mindful of. Not pushy service in the slightest, and Frank was timely for the 2nd service for which to my pleasant surprise, he had already ordered the parts for, so we were back up and running in a matter of days as the parts come in quickly. We signed up for the DreamTeam service plan which gave us a break on this work, plus the promise of an annual HVAC, plumbing and electrical review. Frank did price out future 3 different gas-furnace replacement options and spent about an hour doing it, which was incredibly helpful for whenever that needs to occur, I have the essential quotes and benefits of each model. Dream Team also had a pricing sheet for what appeared to cover any potential work item that could ever happen so there was a transparent and well-thought out road map to costs. DreamTeam is not inexpensive, but w/o the surprises we have experienced overt the years with other, larger vendors in the past, I might argue may very well be less expensive than those players; there is definitely more value in forming a relationship between vendor/customer, which is rare these days. DreamTeam is local, and consistent in its delivery of information for us to make an informed decision or what we needed to do, and the unit is performing well so far, so good. I would also say Frank's was consistent with the service we received from the owner of Kelly electric in the past (pre-merger to make DreamTeam). Notably, Frank was relatively new to the company as they expand in the HVAC market here and he was solid on his presentation, technical expertise with our Carrier unit, its parts, (he also labeled all our shut-off valves as standard procedure courtesy), and the managed our decision process well and steered us to a good outcome. True to its name, the service was a dream solution for this situation, and well represented in your Frank McGinley.

They came out to fix a leaky spigot. We called on Thursday PM and they came out Friday, AM, right before we left for vacation. Life saver! Thanks Nick for repairing the leaky spigot so fast!!

The crew was professional and completed every aspect of the project that was on the proposal to my complete satisfaction. Both Rob and his partner went above and beyond to insure that the job site looked great after the work. Everything that the team did exceeded expectations. Nice work!

The technician determined what was wrong with my toilet and gave us options. He then gave us an estimate of the cost. After agreeing he obtained the parts and finished within an hour. He showed us what was done and put everything back in place that had to be moved. He was also very personable. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike was excellent to work with. During a routine safety check a major problem was identified that if let unnoticed could have started a home fire. Everyone I had contact with was Professional, courteous and knowledgeable- I highly recommend the dream team.

Excellent response and provided next day service. Work was thoroughly thought threw and new Electrical circuits were installed to fix our issues.

We just bought a new house a few months ago Had to call a plumber out for one of our gas lines. Mike came out. Did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself and was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do, and explaining the process. Will call Mike and Dream team again!

Phil is amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, explains the work he does very thoroughly (through video), and does exactly what he says he will do. Can't recommend him more.
