Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

My restoration company used Dream Team to help with a plumbing issue inside one of our client's home. Their technician James was quick, efficient and clean with his work. He diagnosed the issue around 5pm in the evening and replaced the pipe the following morning. All I can say is James is the man and ask for James!!!

From the initial quick response to an estimate request to the friendly walk through and final payment, this was s pleasant of an experience as dealing with old, fire-hazard wiring problem could be. The estimator Ken was very knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, and gave us a bunch of options. Our technicians, Jamal and Tim, were prompt, friendly, and efficient. They kept us apprised if what was going on and got done a day early.

As someone who ran a service industry business for over a decade, I can say these guys are doing things right. They will not be the last expensive, but they were honest and trust worthy and did a great job. Will definitely use again!

We had Dream Team come out to run the electric in our new kitchen. They did an amazing job!!! The work was done efficiently and professionally. We came home later that day and their work area was so clean you wouldn’t have known they were there. Great company!!

Aiden and Nick were great. Showed me photos and videos throughout the process. They were respectful, efficient, and left with everything as they found it. They also didn’t mind my dog “helping” them. Amanda from the office is always really kind and quick to respond, as well!

We had a sewer clog previously and was told the vent box out front would need to be located if we encountered another clog by the vendor I currently have a service contract with. We chose Dream Team because they independently offer the use of a camera to view sewer line issues. Our appointment was scheduled within a couple days of initial contact and the technician was very knowledgeable. He was able to direct us in the area of the vent box as we believe it is covered by cement. This company is definitely worth the money as the clog was also resolved in the process.

Called Dream Team for our gas heater they quickly sent Nick out who was wonderful. He was able to test the different parts of the heater and realize it was the gas valve, and he was able get it in and working very quickly. What a great experience, thanks again Nick thank you dream team👍👍👍👍

Jack was wonderful! He came to our home and fixed our sump pump which had completely failed. He then ran a line outside, in the pouring rain, to ensure the water wouldn’t back up into the house. He was very friendly and professional and we are so pleased with our experience with not only Jack but the company as a whole. They are really helping us through this emergency repair and keeping us updated! Would definitely recommend!
