We recently noticed water seeping out from underneath the baseboards in our basement & called Dream Team to come resolve the issue. The plumber (Mike Rich) they ended up sending to our home was exceptional - Prompt, Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, & Considerate. This made the process 100x less stressful than it already was. In the end, Mike & his team were able to diagnose the issue (damaged sink line & drain stack due to old copper piping wear & tear) in a timely fashion while guaranteeing the repairs (New PVC pipes) they made all within 48hrs of us first calling. Can't recommend Dream Team enough & if you happen to have Mike show up, you're in for a treat - stand up guy all around & one hell of a plumber!

Sebastian was absolutely incredible! He diagnosed my clogging issues right away and was able to treat the problem. I was amazed as to how he was able to pretty much surgically remove/fish out a metal plate stuck in my main sewage line. I definitely recommend dream team and Sebastian!

From the moment I called in and got Amanda, things started flowing much better, literally.
I almost had the problem fixed myself but all I was doing was moving the problem from one bathroom to the next so ultimately Sebastian from Dream Team came out, and got things moving again, in the right direction👍👍💦💦💩💩➡️➡️.

Dream Team was great. A tech, Mike, came in to do maintenance on a Wednesday eve but discovered furnace was not safe anymore. Friday morning the installing techs, Nick & Aidan were there with a new system fitted to my home needs. Matt and the entire crew were professional, friendly, knowledgeable.
