Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

As always Shawn was polite & efficient. He repaired my clogged toilet ( & installed a new seat that I’d bought but couldn’t unscrew the bolts). He was pleasant & really went above and beyond for us. All of the Dream Team people who have been here have been like that!

I had a great experience with the Dream Team. They were extremely responsive, were able to come right away, and installed a brand new AC unit all within a week. Everyone I met was courteous and professional. I highly recommend.

People are very pleasant and professional, and came out and did as faucet renovation the same day I called. The technicians offer options to choose from, and their membership paid for itself. I will call them first for my plumbing, electric and heating needs.

Mike W. came out accessed the problem and completed the job to my satisfaction. He even offer to bring me a cup of coffee before he came, now that's what I call service.

We had a bathroom water leak. I guess/hope it was repaired by the $7,000 plumbing fix. We were never called to schedule the repair. Instead, suddenly there were three plumbers at our door. Good thing we did not run our usual errands that day.

The guy (Michael) who did the leak inspection was out sick the day of the plumbing work. The original contract did not specify the work to be done, just the dollar amount. I hope the plumbers did all of the work Michael specified.

First, let me say thank you for having someone answer the phone when I call. I realize folks are booked these days and phone calls get pushed to the bottom of the list, but not only did my call get answered, I got an appointment for the next business day. THANK YOU.

And thank you for sending Chris, he did a phenomenal job. On time, professional, and flexible. I had a plan when I called, but that changed and Chris was happy to accommodate. He was very transparent with how the pricing would break down, which was helpful for me as I was thinking about what else I wanted done. Ultimately, I had him installing a faucet and vanity, over and above the original ask and he got it all done. Nicely.

One last note, I appreciate the precautions taken for COVID and the clean up after the job was finished.

Very happy with the work and I won't hesitate to recommend the company to friends and family.

He came back to perform the work and it was done with care and attention. He kept us updated all along the way and answered our many questions. Another great experience with the Dream Team! Ralph came out and did a full inspection of our plumbing systems. He was very knowledgeable and gave us several options. He completed the work the same day and when he was done, he made sure to review everything with us. Thank you so much Ralph!

This was my first experience with Dream Team and I could not be more pleased with how everything went. Electrician Dan Gouck was very professional, a really nice person, explaining each problem so that I could understand them, and completing the repairs with care. I truly felt that he had my best interests at heart, was very thorough in his evaluation and recommendations. Dan put me at ease and made the chaos of my electrical problems seem quite manageable. I will definitely use Dream Team services again and will recommend the company to my friends.
