Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

Derrick was excellent in every way! He was on time, professional, courteous, pleasant and neat. He took the time to offer some suggestions for dealing with a repeating problem that I was having with my toilet which I really appreciated. I have not had that experience before with a plumber. He took his time explaining everything in a manner that a non-plumber could easily understand even though he came out on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving when I am sure he had a million other things to get to. I highly recommend Derrick and the Dream Team!

I had had some electrical work done back in 2012 by Kelly Electric that I was very happy with and decided to call on them again. That is when I learned that they have since expanded into The Dream Team - and the name says it all!
Blake Gardner came out to give my husband an estimate, and because I could not be there, he came back on a Sunday to go over everything again with me!
He was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the work that needed to be done, and patiently answered any and all of my questions - explaining in detail what needed to be done and why. Safety first, and he put me totally at ease.
Blake and Ben showed up precisely at 8am (the scheduled time we were quoted) and worked tirelessly throughout the day. Another tech, Mike showed up in the afternoon to assist as well.
The job was completed in one day because of their combined expertise and dedication to excellence.
So happy with their work, that I called The Dream Team the next day for a plumbing job as well...but that's another review... =0)

We have worked with several different team members at Dream Team and we have been thrilled with every single one. Gareth cares about doing things the right way, every time. We’ve had their team out for as small of a project as helping to reseal a toilet, up to installing a whole house generator. You’d be hard pressed to find a more responsive, professional and capable business to service your home needs.

The techs were very prompt, clean and met all of our expectations. They had to dig up a trench for some wiring and we very surprised by how little damage there was to the yard. They made sure to leave no sign of work having been done, and spent time after the work to show us in detail what was accomplished. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Dream Team. After dealing with a number of other electrical contractors, Dream Team was better than all the others. I wish I could remember her name, but the woman who set up my appointment was very helpful and was able to make an appointment for me the next day. It’s great that Dream Team has a dedicated person to set up service. It takes all the trouble out of trying to make an appointment. Mike and Jack showed up on time and did the work the same day. This was extremely helpful, because I didn’t have to take off from work the day of the estimate and the day of the work. Mike gave me good advice on what fixtures to use and explained how Dream Team does business. They just have a list of fees for each type of job, so there are no surprises. The prices are not budget prices, but after dealing with many contractors, I know that you get what you pay for. If you pay budget prices, you take your chances on the quality of the work you get. I’d rather pay a little more and have the job done right. I don’t think I’ll have to use it, but they give a satisfaction guarantee, so if there happens to be a problem with the work, they’ll come back and fix it. Jack did the electrical work. He was very professional, and asked me for all the clarifications he needed to do the job they way I requested. Jack covered every surface with tarps and hung up a tarp so that dust didn’t go into the next room. When he was done, he took down all the tarps, and even though it probably didn’t need it, he also used a shop vac. Jack did the work exactly as we had discussed. Just by updating the fixtures, it’s like a whole new room. I would definitely have Mike and Jack come back next time I need some electrical work done. Easy appointments, professional technicians who leave your home as clean as they found it, the job done right, and a guarantee. I was very impressed.

Been eager to try this crew out ever since I saw their trucks and vans driving about town. So here's the good. Prompt, positive, incredibly professional service. You call and always get a person. When the tech arrives, they treat your house with respect. Super appreciate that. However, here's the thing preventing a 5 star review for me. They are expensive and they upsell EVERYTHING. Needed a single outlet installed for a dishwasher which cost $700+... then I had 3 other services presented to me for things they called out. Had another tech come by a week later to actually install the dishwasher. Got there, said he couldn't do it (even though that's what the appointment was for). He quoted me another $700+ for that. So now we are at $1400 for a dishwasher to be installed. That's more than the dishwasher folks. Sorry, but these guys lost my business. They need to rethink pricing and upselling. It's too much. Hired a trusted local plumber who banged it out in an hour at a fraction of the cost and still had total professionalism.

We had sewer line completely replaced from street to basement and complete replacement of copper water line. From the visit for the estimate to the end of the work, communication was constant. The men were so considerate, wore shoe covers, covered our floors, wore shoe covers and masks and they worked SO HARD all day.Our job had some challenges that made their work very difficult, but the team was outstanding. Ryan and Cory were outstanding to work with, as was the entire team. I can't emphasize enough how pleased we are with a scary big project and the way it all turned out. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumbing project done!!

This is the second time I've used Dream Team Home Services and I am extremely impressed with the company's customer focus and quality of service!
