Nick and Ayden were out the same day for a HVAC maintenance call. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Answered all of my nosy questions without seeming bothered at all! Will use business again

Jack gave us all the details of how our repair would take place and kept us in the loop throughout the progress. We were selling our house which required a sewer lateral inspection from Upper Darby Township. Dream Team was the most fair price by far and the plumber we worked with, Mike Rich, was terrific. He showed up right on time and was professional and very friendly - he even offered to pick me up a coffee on his way over! It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

My 1954 house was having plumbing issues. I saw a truck in a wawa parking lot and the advertisement said they do old homes. I ran up and got a business card. When I called, they sent someone that day. He did an awesome job. He found that our home had a broken and crumbling pipe leading from the home to the first clean out for the septic system. It is an old iron pipe. He will be contacting the specialist that deals with old broken pipes that are 3’ under ground. It was spir of the moment with the company truck - best decision I made for our plumbing problem.

I was employed with this company for almost a year. They have incredibly predatory practices and unfair pricing. They don't pay their employees their bonuses and have a incredibly prejudice leadership. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I wasn’t going to give response but since no one from management have time to speak to me regarding the rude tech I spoke to today and no one showing up here we are. I had an appointment between the hours of 8am-12pm, I rearranged my entire day including calling off from work just to be stood by this company and to top it all off when I finally got in touch with someone he was so rude I cancelled the service completely. The professional way to handle not making it to a customers scheduled appointment is to apologize, he never did that. He sounded extremely irritated at the fact that I couldn’t accept the time he was able to come after I was waiting all morning. I spoke to the receptionist Nicole multiple times today, although she was very nice and understanding that doesn’t excuse the fact that I was completely disrespected. I would not recommend this company.
