Great experience. They found out my Air was out in the morning and we’re out and had it fixed by early afternoon. Friendly and professional.

They always come thru for me no matter what, and they always explain what they had to do so I know better next time.

Had a “big time” company come for a furnace service call and told me I had to either do a $5k repair that may fail in a week OR I must replace the unit for $16k.

Thankfully I called another company for a second opinion and found Home & Business Mechanical on google. They seemed like a “smaller” company but had good reviews.

Jim and his apprentice (sorry, I didn’t catch your name!) came in and got right to work. They could tell by some things that were wrong/disconnected on the unit that someone else was out before them. I told them the “big company” that was out and they said right away, “Let me guess, they wanted you to replace your entire unit for $15k+?” My jaw dropped.

Needless to say within an hour they had my unit up and running for the same price it cost me JUST to get the other “big company” to come out for a service call.

Home & Business Mechanical has gained my trust and will now be my A/C & Heating company moving forward. Thank you so much Jim!

The service was quick, thorough, and reasonably priced. The repair men explained everything in detail and ensured that I understood everything before proceeding. Great company who always shows up when they say they will. Work is completed thoroughly and efficiently, and recommendations or suggestions are provided, but not in a pushy salesman type way. They have worked under tight time constraints at our place of business and always gotten the job completed. I have them on speed dial, best in the HVAC biz!!!
