Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

Our plumber, Mike, was extremely accommodating regarding our faulty garbage disposal. He gave us options to either install a provided garbage disposal or purchase our own from retail and install at a lesser price. We chose to purchase our own and have him install. Originally, he wasn't able to do it that day but called back and said that since he was done for the day he would be willing for us to go and purchase the garbage disposal and he would install for us. Quality of work was excellent, customer service and professionalism was second to none. Also appreciated the follow up call from Dream Team asking if we were satisfied with the completed work. Highly recommend Dream Team for any home plumbing issues.

Kristian was knowledgeable professional and courteous tech. He fixed the issue and presented multiple options for a system upgrade. He took time to explain the details of the options as well as the risks of the existing system.

Jamaal was a pro! Super friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right. We had a number of contractors at our house today and Jamaal was able to coordinate what everyone was working on to make sure the install was done correctly. We will definitely be using him again!

We had a wiring problem come up in the middle of a bathroom remodel which needed to be handled immediately. The company sent out Dan, an experienced electrician who had no problems dealing with the issues in my 100 year old house. He was hardworking, efficient, pointed out issues and got everything wired and working. He meticulously cleaned up afterwards. I was super impressed and plan on using him for future projects.

We had a Sewer lateral Inspection done.
- someone answered the phone when I called to schedule service, did not get a answering machine.

Mike was phenomenal! If I can give him and his team 10 stars I would, we had to tackle a huge project in short notice and Mike pulled through. Him and his team were very punctual and his communication met all of my expectations. First, this service was recommended to me by Frank Reali Electric because of the nature of our electrical issue, Reali was booked solid for the next couple of wks. I called Dream Team, explained our issue. which was that an outlet and closet light suddenly stopped working and I had to reroute the cord for my husbands hospital bed, the young woman I was speaking to escalated the call and politely asked if she could put all i told her in the notes. I said yes and within 4 days had an appt. On the day of the appt. we received a call asking if it was ok if Phil came a bit earlier than scheduled. That was great news. Phil came, masked, introduced himself, put on his booties and came in. We again ran down the problem and he explained the fees and the process. We took him to the room and working remote, I went back to work. Probably wasn't 10 minutes later, problem solved. Phil called me in the room, explained and showed me what was happening and then went to his truck to get what he needed to complete the job. Fee was painless. Phil was very nice, extra knowledgeable and didn't mind our questions. He even diagnosed an outside light i thought was dead and all it needed was a bulb, lol. Will definitely use again.

We called Dream Team when we needed to get our sewer pipes replaced due to tree root infestation. Having used them in the past for other plumbing and heating needs we were already familiar with their high level of professionalism and the quality of service that they provide. As expected, Dream Team delivered again. Matt and his team were awesome. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and left the area extremely clean. It is never fun to spend money on something such replacing sewer pipes but having the confidence in knowing you have the right company performing the work certainly helps.

I had a leaky faucet in the basement utility tub for some time and finally got around to having it fixed and called Dream Team. I was scheduled with a plumber for same-day service which was great and was updated via phone regarding the arrival time to a half hour earlier. Pretty impressive. Jack was the plumber. He was really nice to my dog. He explained everything to me regarding the faucet after inspecting, and pointed out an issue with the laundry hose that I hadn't noticed, as well. I was presented with a few options and Jack was able to replace the laundry hoses and old faucet in a very prompt manner. He was tidy and respectful. Great service and work all around. I would recommend this company to anyone and love the comprehensive services they offer.

I ended up hiring my neighbors good friend to do the plumbing job, but after having such bad experiences trying to get plumbers to even call me back- the dream ream was exceptional in their customer service.
They came to look at my problem the same day as my call. Arrived on time.
The 2 young men Chris and tyler were knowledge and helpful.
What was best was after about 15 mins crunching numbers in their van they gave me an estimate.
They also did email me the estimate and gave a follow up call and text.
other companies took a week to give me an estimate and after I had to call over and over to ask. That’s IF they even returned my initial call.
A neighbor used dream team and said they did excellent work.
