Called first thing this morning had a utility sink faucet hot water knob stripped could not shut it off! Lou had someone there in 30 minutes. Replaced the faucet! What great service! Lou was extremely personable and Gabriel was quick and professional! Will definitely use again and would highly recommend Perti!

Yesterday, two gentleman came to fix a my hallway bathroom toilet. The shut off value was broken and the toilet was slowly leaking inside of the toilet. They were at my house for about 2 hrs. One gentleman left twice to get parts down the street from my house- ACE hardware. They did not communicate what was wrong or what they were doing and/or provide other options to fix my toilet. When I received the BILL- $468 for a complete toilet tank re-build I was SHOCKED! I should have been given the option to buy a new toilet instead of rebuilding my tank! What they did was unethical and very unprofessional. I will NOT be calling Perti again for there services. Absolutely ridiculous to not provide all options to a customer and not provide an estimate while removing/replacing parts.

Had a kitchen faucet installed and Lou's guys did an excellent job at a great price! Showed up right on time n got it done quickly! Cleaned up so good I couldn't even tell that they were here! I gotta say it.....they did a Perti good job!! Thanks so much. I would highly recommend Perti Plumbing and he is definitely my go to from now on!!!

My Daughter Had a roof stack/vent pipe cap that needed replacing. we were getting desperate for repairs, and after several phone calls I decided to call Perti Plumbing
What great service. they called back immediately, and that same day Scott arrived and diagnosed and ordered the correct part. The next day it was installed.
Not only that, when he was finished he repaired some minor roof issues with no additional fees. All in all the price and service were terrific! I will definitely use this company again.

First time using Perti Plumbing & Heating and I was totally impressed with the installation of my garbage disposal. They were on time, installed my new garbage disposal perfectly at a very reasonable price. They cleaned up after the installation and I could not be more pleased. I will continue to use Perti Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs.

I had a very good experience from start to finish with Perti Plumbing. They charged less than a big name company. They were professional and reliable. They came out quickly and fixed the issue with our stubborn clogged floor drain and cleaned up well after the job. I will definitely use them for all future plumbing needs.

We had a blocked drain and a pipe that was not originally installed correctly when the house was built. Perti Plumbing was able to diagnose and fix this complex repair. Lou and his team are very professional and we will use them again for our next plumbing issue. Great service.

Excellent service! I had an emergency with a pipe leaking. They came right out and fixed it. When I called I spoke to a real person who works in the office who was a pleasure to speak to. Emailed Perti from Aqua's recommended list of plumbers to do some backflow prevention testing recently. About an hour later, Paige Perti was answering saying she would be there that afternoon to perform the testing. Outstanding! She also sent the paperwork over to Aqua for us and sent me a copy. Very professional communications. They impressed us two years ago, but really took it up a notch this year. Thanks Paige!

Lou and his crew were fantastic. They went over and above to help with the problem s that we had. Whether it was dealing with the insurance company or the township the went out of their way to make sure that the problem would be fixed and covered where could be. Such a great company would highly recommend to everyone and definitely use again.
