What a life saving company! Working in a retirement home setting and when the AC goes out , it becomes a major issue for the residents and staff. One call to Erik at priority rental and our problems were solved. Erik had come out the same day, assessed the situation, told us what we needed and the next day they were out to install. I had no idea this could be taken care of so fast and the equipment is like new, well serviced and when installed they even trained my staff on how to use it. The follow up customer service is the best I have ever seen with everyone being more than willing to go out of there way to help in any way they can. I can't say enough about the service and would recommend this company to anyone. We like the product and service so much that we have asked them to become one of our priority vendors. Great Job!!!!!

We were very happy with our experience at Priority Rental. Nicole was really helpful and responsive in setting us up with the equipment we needed (a large AC unit and a generator to run it), the the delivery and set-up process went smoothly. We will definitely call Priority next time we need this type of equipment.

I manage a large restaurant in Center City where the AC went down and it was a long fix. Priority Rental gave the most outstanding customer service I've experienced from a vendor in a long time. They arrived within an hour of our request, effectively cooled down the restaurant in time to give better service, and any time there was a malfunction or issue with the equipment they were on the phone or in person to help out instantaneously. What an amazing experience. If there is a question between which vendor to use, go for these guys first! Ultimate professionals!

Lost AC in our busy Dining Room on a Friday night. Called Priority Rentals Saturday morning, described my issue and they told me about options to solving our problem. She walked me through those options in great detail and at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon they drove us 3 water cooled units from Philly to DC. The driver called along the way to tell us he was delayed in traffic so he was going to be an hour behind; gotta love the communication. Driver also was tremendously helpful getting the units up and running. Very good pricing and the customer service was outstanding which can be hard to find nowadays. Great experience while dealing with a major issue. Two big thumbs up!

Great Pricing and Service. Priority got the specific heaters I needed out within 12 hours of requesting them. The heater are in great shape and work fantastic. The seasonal rental pricing is great since we know that we will need them for a long duration. There sales rep Erik Watson got me any info i needed quickly. Highly recommend.

Great service. Great customer rep in Nicole. They were able to provide my production with multiple electric heaters, a genny, and a distribution panel for next day delivery in a slight emergency situation. We are very much looking forward to working with them again. Highly recommended.

We had no prior relationship with Priority,we needed electric heaters on a jobsite asap and wasn't sure for how long, spoke to Sara Chazin on a Thursday afternoon, we had 2 heaters delivered to NYC by 8am the next morning, we used then for about 6 weeks. Pricing and service was great, couldn't ask for more. Will definitely use Priority Rentals again.

Had to cool a treatment area, landlord was no help, nor were higher ups. Looked them up on line and the first rep I talked to was Pete Schneiders. He was great, made me feel at ease. Described what was happening and he took it from there. He provided a properly sized portable HVAC unit to include false door install and duct work. The technician installing all was very knowledgeable and helpful.. The turn around time was 24 hrs., from first phone call to actual completion of the install. System keeped the clinical floor comfortable even on +90 degree days. Thanks again!

We elected to install two 12 ton units in-house, a task more difficult than anticipated. Steve Sigmund and Luke Mulholland both paid visits to our site due to installation issues, at no charge. Due to the critical nature of the site Priority provided a third unit as a backup in case of a failure, also without charge. The customer service was exceptional!

Top notch service! Very responsive to all our needs on short notice...same day service without hesitating. On top of the service the pricing is exceptionally competitive for all items. Will definitely continue to use Priority Rental and recommend them to others.
