Mark and Dan came to clean our very dirty ducts today. They were professional, thorough and took diligence in making sure the ductwork was spotless upon departure. First thing he did was the inspection then he setup for the cleaning and explained each process in detail made me feel good about my choice of companies. I contacted this company to have my air ducts cleaned and a young man named Peter booked me for the next day between 9am-12pm. He also took my credit card information and charged me a fee for the estimate appointment. When 10am rolled around the next day I called just to see if they had an idea what time the tech would arrive, only to be told that they were not able to secure a technician for my appointment and the best they could do would be to reschedule. I told them to just cancel me. I was told I would be refunded for the $50 already charged... We'll see.
