Jim arrived during the provided appointment window and quickly diagnosed the issue. He took to the time to explain the issues and showed me how the gauges work and what they should be reading and what they were currently reading. Different options were provided and the work was done quickly and efficiently and also at a fair price. Definitely recommend. House is cool now!!!!

Jason was very helpful when our heater stopped working. He came out the same day for a free second opinion and offered pricing for repair and replacement at competitive prices without pushing anything. We had him install a new furnace instead of repair when we weighed our options. He took his time to explain things and showed up on time, staying until the job was finished. He is very through, detail oriented, and easy to get ahold of.

Jason and Bill completed inspections on the A/C and heating systems. They were responsive, friendly, and professional! Happy to support a local, small business. I plan to call on them should any problems arise in the future.

They arrived within their estimated time frame and diagnosed an issue that a previous HVAC company was unable to diagnose or solve. They provided plenty of options for repair or replacement and even were able to provide us with a fix free of charge to work until we decide to replace our system. Highly recommend.

These guys were great. Diagnosed a problem and figured out a couple other issues. Were on time and professional. Am going to have them replace a couple thing to upgrade my heating system. And helped me figure out some energy efficient cooling solutions. Will be a lifetime customer. Update 2/20/23 called Jay about a leaking water heater and he stopped by a few day later to replace. Showed up on time and had the heater replaced in a matter of hours. So pleased with his work. Couldn’t have asked for a better local contractor.

I initially had them in for preventative maintenance check before we hit the cold weather season. During the check, they found out an issue with our temp sensor that may trigger later on. Sure enough when the weather really got cold our thermostat gave us and error on the exact thing they told me about. Called them up right away and got a very quick turnaround time for them to come out. They were very informative on what they are doing and what they did. Highly recommend them and use the for Preventative Maintenance and repair of your system.

We are very impressed with Old School Heating and Cooling. Jason and Bill spent a while in our home during the initial (free) assessment, gave us three options to improve climate control in one part of our house, and recommended trying the least expensive first. Estimates were reasonable and arrived promptly. When they adjusted the work slightly the day of, they also decreased the price accordingly. They also got us in very quickly when we had an unrelated A/C issue a couple of weeks later. Great communication, very reliable and punctual, we can’t say enough good things!

Jason and Bill did a beautiful job installing our new AC and furnace system. They were efficient, getting the job done in two days and less than a week from when they were hired. Their work was very professional and clean and they explained everything during and after the install.
