I was looking to get my air ducts cleaned and found Knights Air online with good reviews. I called to make an appointment on Thursday, they told me they could be out the same day and would call me between 11 & 2 to let me know when they would be here. The window came and went, I called back at the end of the day to set something up for Friday. They let me know another appointment ran long with caused them to miss the time. I said no problem and they gave me a time between 10 & 1 on Friday. Well that window came and went and they never called to let me know what was happening or if they needed to reschedule. Well Monday, Tuesday, and now half way through Wednesday has come and gone with no call. I was going to get all my vents clean which would have run about $1k, but they obviously don't care, so good for them to be able to pass on my business. My suggestion would be to go with another company that is more professional and take appointments seriously.

We were very satisfied. We contacted them and they informed me of my options. Booked an appointment and had 2 technicians over who inspected the vents with a camera, cleaned them and offered me life time warranty. They were hospitable, genuine and very committed. Awesome!!
