Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

I have been using the Dream Team since I moved to the Philly suburbs in 2019...they were recommended by my real estate agent and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed, they are among the best service providers I have ever worked with over the past 25 years of owning property in 3 states. I have used them for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Their staff is always courteous, professional in demeanor and knowledgeable...they even clean up after themselves! you can't go wrong with this company...

Dream Team has excellent customer service. I made a service call at 9:00 AM and had a technician at my home by 11:00. The Tech ”Ben” called to let me know he was on his way about 20 minutes before arrival.
Ben showed proper identifications was very courteous and demonstrated great respect for my home. He took time to fully understand my electrical concerns before he performed a detailed inspection of my homes electrical system. He then provided a detailed explanation of his findings and provided options to resolve the problem.
Once the job was finished I was given an opportunity to review the completed work.
Very satisfied!!
There are cheaper companies around but I doubt any provide this level of service.

Having 24/7 access to plumbing, electrical, heating and AC Technicians is worth it to me. No need to contact separate service companies to get a job done. The fact that they are vetted and work cleanly is a bonus..

Called a few places that didn’t even call me back. I contacted dream team and had a tech out next day. The tech took care of everything I needed and even let me know a small wiring issue he fixed isn’t extra above the diagnostic price. It was a great experience for a good price. Will definitely call them again.

We recently called Dream Team for some electrical work we needed in our home - they have excellent customer service and it's easy to call and make an appointment over the phone. Nick was our electrician for 2 separate jobs we requested recently. First, a couple months ago, he came to install exhaust fans in 2 of our bathrooms: he provided us nice "quiet" fans, hooked everything up in our attic, and the fans look nice and sleek and function very well. The second job was done today, and he put in an outdoor outlet on our patio and installed a motion sensor floodlight for our driveway. Nick was professional, very punctual, and did very clean work. Dream Team offers fair prices, and I believe it's worth it to become a member, as you'll get reduced dispatch fees and discounts on your services. We will use Dream Team again for our electrical needs!

Recently, I purchased a home with multiple electrical issues noted in the home inspection and an electrical panel that needed to be upgraded from 150 to 200 amps. New to the area, I selected Dream Team based on positive reviews left by satisfied customers. When Mike V. arrived, he was professional and courteous, I showed him the electrical issues noted in the home inspection report. He then conducted an additional safety walk-through of the property. Which uncovered several additional critical items that needed to be addressed prior to moving in. I highly recommend Dream Team as they are thorough with their work and have customer service driven people throughout the organization.

These guys were great! My wash tub in the basement was backing up, Shawn and Joe were able to clear the pipe with no problems. Thanks, Guys! Highly recommend them to anyone!

Dream Team was able to provide me with same day plumbing services, with a wonderful plumber, Ralph. He was honest and professional. Everything is working perfectly now. Will definitely be using him again in the future!

I sent an email this morning and someone called me within an hour! They had a tech available to come today too. Enter Anthony! He was on time, presented who he was, laid out a small carpet for him to step on, put on shoe booties and ask how he could help me. He not only identified my problem but educated me on my issues and some more. He also explained the many benefits of the yearly service contract and how it can save me in the future. It was refreshing to know that Anthony and Dream Team have my needs and budget in mind! I'm looking forward to having the team come back to check out my plumbing and electric to make certain everything is safe and in code.

Shawn was great. He was punctual and even waited 10 mins before leaving as I myself was late and missed the call upon arrival. He was very descriptive about what the issues were and quick to do the work needed. Also took the extra time to review ways to prevent the issues in future.always a pleasure when dream team is involved
