Dream Team - Plumbing, Heating, Cooling, & Electric

My landlord usually does things himself and that is why nothing is wired correctly. After discovering the issues with peco he finally decided to call in professionals thank god. The day of the dream team arriving to work on the property the landlord and I got in a HUGE debate and I believe his name was Ken . He was a sound mind , a calm voice , and a mediator as well as a great electrician that day. He helped us address our issues and voice our opinions then helped to push it under the rug (it was going NO WHERE ) by refocusing on what he can do to fix the problem. Then he did ! He gave us (the other tenant and me) a peaceful feeling while he worked which we haven’t had in a long time. And him and his team fixed all the issues and even created a plan that would solve our issues with electric usuage because the landlord still wanted to split the common areas and charge us separately for them.
If I have any issues at all or someone I know does I will definitely be recommending them for quality work !

Nick was an awesome electrical technician. He installed two ceiling fans for me. He was clean and professional and I can't to ask for him for any issues that arise in the future.

I also had Chris doing plumbing work at the same time. He was equally clean and professional and handled everything my house needed. Any future plumbing work I need. I'll definitely be asking for him as well.

Ralph, Dan, Dean, and Ben came to replace the aging pipes under my kitchen, replace my aging garbage disposal, and updated all of the water shutoff valves throughout my house. They were very professional and kept me in the loop as they progressed through their work. Originally, it was supposed to be a 2 day job, but they managed to finish it in 1 with fantastic results. Their cleanup was also superb given the amount of items they had to remove. I'm very pleased with their work!

Of course the a/c died just as we headed into a record breaking weekend. While the team wasn't able to come out over the weekend, the customer service folks on the phone were empathetic and tried to get me on the schedule as quickly as possible. Brian arrived bright and early Monday morning, quickly diagnosed the issue, and made the relatively simple fix. He explained the issue and quickly had the cold air blowing again.

Thanks to Dan and Nick at Dream Team for removing our old outdoor motion detector lights and installing new ones. Both technicians arrived on time and were courteous, professional, and helpful. They kept me engaged in the process to determine the best placement, timing, and sensitivity of the settings. Poor Dan even had to battle our unwieldly holly bush to get the placement just right. And even when I called a few days later to see if they could make some minor refinements, it was truly a "customer first" philosophy. Dream Team was back at my house within the week.

Our side yard is now well-lit, and my family feels much safer. From making the initial appointment to confirming technician arrivals, and finalizing invoices and payment, Dream Team makes it easy and affordable to check off those home improvement projects.

As we continue to upgrade the electrical features in our home, we will continue to call on the Dream Team. Highly recommend.
