I spoke with Tammy several times while working with the company and what I value tremendously is her willingness to find creative solutions to problems and make me feel like I'm valued as a customer. We recently purchased multiple air conditioning units from Giannone. We have been quite pleased with the purchases but have been more than thrilled with the service. Brendan Sharp has been the ‘point man’ on our latest installation. He has been fantastic from start to finish! He is responsive to all of our questions, works on our time frame and is very thoughtful and considerate. He and his team keep our house clean and are respectful of our space while working. I would highly recommend Giannone to anyone for their heating/air and plumbing needs!

He did an excellent job, very thorough and helpful in guiding me through the various readings of his apparatus. I was surprised to hear that he was not fully vaccinated. Can you give him and all your other employees the time to get vaccinated so that your clients have this extra level of security. Yes, he was very responsible and wore and a mask and shoe protectors at all time. All employers must allow their employees to get vaccinated against an organism that has taken the lives of so many, including people I knew well.

Had a great experience with Joseph Giannone Plumbing. They called when they were on their way, were on time, and we’re very professionalism. They did a great job explaining what they found with my system and offered up multiple options to resolve anything. I feel great about the experience and will definitely use them again.

We've been using Joseph Giannone for a few years now, after our hot water heater broke on NYE. Jon P. came out today to give it a time up and he was great. He was informative, checked everything needed and made sure we knew what was going on. Every time a service agent has come they have put on booties to keep the house clean and have always been friendly. Every time I have called to schedule a yearly tune up or with a question, the staff has been wonderful and so kind. We will continue to use them.

We called for annual tuning of HVAC cooling & heating. For $178, the guy only did some checking. Except changing a filter, he did nothing of tuning or any maintenance work. As the result, he recommended us to clean the coil and the blower for $898. Yes it is not a joke! The average cost for cleaning is $100-$400. He is a ripping off people. Don’t use the service!!!

The owner Joe called after he saw the review. He said they should have given us 30% off of the $178. We received some refund. However, there was no explanation about this quote. So I did not agree to take off the review. Because I think people should see this before making their decision to select the service. I added a star in the review because the owner showed care about customer feedback.

It is the worst Company ever, they came to fix my bathroom not long ago and failed. They send their guy to fix it again and failed at the same time they were supposed to fix my drain pipe, but I gave the job of my drain pipe to another plumber. That plumber did a great job. This company sent their guy to redo the job he failed at the first place and when their guy saw the picture of my drain pipe job done by the other plumber, on his way back he broke the pipe behind my bathroom pipe.
Don't get fooled think twice before you hire this company for anything related to your house.

I would have given five stars had we not had to reschedule and had a little trouble getting someone the first time I called back. BUT the office team is fantastic at communicating with their customers. John, who came to perform the service on my two HVACs was professional and informed me of all of my options with realistic possibilities. I was happy with the service and will continue to use them as long as I am in their service area.

Brenden S was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient as he walked us through a few plumbing issues in our home. He helped explain our options, and provided the information we’d need to make an informed decision. Within a couple of hours he was able to resolve the plumbing issues, and provide us with next steps. We are so grateful for the experience and professionalism that Brenden brought to the job. We will certainly work with Joseph Giannone Plumbing again in the future!
