Adolfo is very good at his job. He is friendly, communicates well, and is knowledgeable and skillful. He did a good job installing the unit. The 3 stars is given due to the poor communications I had with the office staff.

Declan was fantastically thorough. Spent hours here getting to the root of the problem. Detected other issues as well. Went to bat for me to avoid overpayment. The best service I’ve ever experienced. Kudos to Stallion for employing such an outstanding technician

Jourdon was courteous, patient, and thorough when assessing our HVAC needs and walking us through the improvement process. His handling of requests for information were direct and candid, and installation was without incident. He also helped us perform the new install quicker than we thought, so we were up and running just before a shift in weather broke for lower temps. I thank him and his team for working the full day non-stop, all the while being true professionals and respecting our home.

All the staff here have always been very professional and helpful. Communication and scheduling is easy and responsive and uses email and text alerts that are very helpful. They maintained our 48 year old boiler but never pressured us to replace it until it was clear we really had to. When that time came, they thoroughly explained our options and the discounts and rebates available to us. The installation went smoothly and was very neatly done. Very happy with their service.

I called on a Saturday with a leaking hot water heater. I filled out their online form and had a call from the office within 45 minutes. They set up same day service for me. Jon arrived earlier than planned and had my hot water heater replaced same day ( within 4 hours of my initial contact!) Jon was personable, knowledgeable, courteous. I could not have had a better experience. I will use Joseph Giannone for all my future plumbing and HVAC needs and would highly recommend to anyone.

Respectful to me and my home! He came with an assistant and he was the same! They were very knowledgeable and were willing to pass that on to me about my heating system! They were the only people that came out and verified that my system was a 2 stage system from the other three repair people that previously came out from the same company! Of course it would cost $400.00 to hook it up correctly!
If the company was more reliable, and better competitive in their pricing, and had more competent employees like the ones that came today, I would have renewed my maintenance agreement with them and continued to do business with the company!

This was my third visit from Joseph Giannone and I will continue to use them. From coordinators to technicians they are very professional, thorough, personable, and timely. Jake O. was the responding technician and he was great! He was able to get the job done fast and explained exactly what he did, and even what I need to do moving forward to help prevent these issues moving forward. At the end of the service he laid out a few options for continued and/or additional service. Well done.

My experience was amazing from start to finish. No one ever likes to wake up and find a basement full of water and a broken hot water heater on a Sunday morning. I called and was able to speak to Kathy and she was pleasant and helpful and arranged for a service call for the same day later in the afternoon. The communication throughout the whole day was phenomenal. John came on time, assessed the situation, gave us multiple options and replaced
The water heater later that day. He took great care of our home and was a true professional. They will be now getting all my business going forward.

Nick M., John L. And Tyler were very professional. Using this company was the best experience I've had in a while. Everyone was on time, very nice, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful.
