Just called for a simple water heater leak repair. All the technician did was try to up sell me on a new water heater! Unbelievable! I politely threw him out and fixed the problem myself!

This company has perfected the art of lying and scamming their customers. The general maintenance appts don't generate enough money for the techs especially if they are clean and in perfectly good working order so they are trained to look at your other appliances and exaggerate the repairs needed. Purposely getting false readings so they can get an unsafe to operate tag signed and then send someone to convince the cust a replacement must be done now. They push to replace for a new unit when they are too incompetent to repair. Materials to repair may only cost 200 hundred bucks but the charges are jacked up to 2600 bucks. When caught They have been known to pay people off so the reviews arent posted and that the public doesn't see the truth

High quality and very professional service. We had to get the external unit installed on high roof with no easy access. They made it work with no issues or extra costs. Tidy, professional and great communications all along. The work been done on a short notice as well, with no delays or plans changes. Highly recommended
