Great! Unfortunately, the faucet I chose was defective and, hard as he tried, he couldn’t fix it. I Didn’t want to delay any longer, so I chose a different model. Jake was professional, polite and respectful of our house covid rules, which is greatly appreciated. While I hope I don’t have additional plumbing issues any time soon, if I do, I’d be happy to see Jake at my door. Thank you.

Our AC was not working and we were able to contact Joseph Giancone Plumbing. They were able to send a technician out the next day which was very impressive because everywhere else we called there was at the minimum a week wait. The technician came out and took care of the problem in about an hour.

Customer Service was great. I called and they were able to get someone out the same day for a quote. The Service guy was very knowledgeable, professional and nice. However, the reason for the 3 star review is because their pricing was RIDICULOUS. They are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. If they were more reasonable I would have went with them in a heartbeat. They need to lower their prices.

They replaced my water heater with very minimal disruption. I decided on a tankless water heater, which took a little longer and seemed like a whole lot of extra work on their part, but they got the job done. They also cleaned up after themselves before they left. That was nice. I’d show a picture of it but this review platform doesn’t let me add a photo unless I’ve already taken the picture of my water heater. Who takes pictures of their water heater? Sorry. But trust me. It’s nice looking.

Such an enormous pleasure to work with a business invested in doing a really good job! Everyone we worked with was excellent. Special thanks to Nick for his system engineering - we couldn't be happier with our new boiler hot water combi. ALL the guys were on time, polite, knowledgable, hardworking and very good at their jobs. It may take some time to get on the schedule, but well worth the wait! Thanks!

Jon, my tech, was wonderful! He kept me apprised of the issues and costs throughout and, although it was much more expensive than I anticipated, it was work that needed to be done and I am very happy having heat on my third floor. He was always respectful of my space and my time - would recommend highly

Had an outdoor faucet installed. Nick and his assistant did a great job: assessed the situation, gave me a reasonable estimate and were done in about an hour. Nick has been here before and is friendly and professional. Very pleased!

Called Joseph Giannone when it was 16 degrees outside and our furnace suddenly conked out. They sent out a tech within 1.5 hours and John L. came by. He was friendly, polite, and efficient. Gave us a thorough description of the issue, left everything clean and tidy, and even gave us some tips on how to conduct preventative care moving forward. I would definitely recommend calling these guys if you have a problem. The coupons on their website are a nice bonus too.

We were told by another company that we definitely needed a new furnace, Nick was very professional and gave us all our options. He recommended with a maintenance package, we may be able to get a few more years out of our 9 year old system Good, honest work
