Great men. Shane came and fixed leaky faucet and recognized that our water pressure was outrageously high and prevented potential problems in future!! Kudos to him.

I just needed to turn off the hot water in my sink. Was having no luck doing it myself.

At first I had sticker shock but when I told the tech I only needed to get the water turned off, he was fine with that, and so was I, especially since the water isn't running anymore. Eventually I'll have to get the more expensive job done, but prob solved for the time being which is all I needed and didn't pay huge $.

Chris Cannon was extremely polite, kind and knowledgeable. My recently purchased, installed hot water heater’s sensor triggered the hot water heater’s built-in alarm during basement flooding. Chris arrived promptly, and after the alarm was turned off, Chris provided instructions and advice in case a flooding event occurs again.

My wife and I knew that our HVAC system was on its last leg since it was 26 years old. Josh assessed our HVAC needs and was very professional. He answered all our questions completely. He gave additional knowledge about the company that secured my confidence. He pursued a price and system fit that left us very satisfied. Great communication from the jump. Atif diagnosed the problem and came back to fix it. He showed me things that I noticed as issues and fixed them. He also caught some things that happened before we moved in and made some repairs to extend the life of our A/C unit. I have signed on with a maintenance plan from their level of customer care that isn't always available nowadays. I will look forward to keeping cool this Summer thanks to Atif and the team at Wm. Henderson.
