I interacted in person with four of your employees in the last 24 hours, each one of the individual provide me with outstanding costumer services, I’m still impressed with the smoothness of the entire process from the diagnostic to the pricing ending with the installation of the new equipment.

First guy came for cleaning then charged me for part for pilot that he replaced later found out he didn't charge for part but 129 for membership then didn't tell me he forgot a part and had to come back got a phone call next day to schedule for someone to come back. Then part failed and they won't replace because he charged me for membership I didn't agree to and not part. Use someone else anyone else.

Update: was supposed to hear from management today and never did. No misunderstanding like the company replied still no results to speaking with them.

Dan McCarthy is an excellent diagnostician with video evidence and explains options, problems, and solutions. This is the second time we are using his services and appreciate his help in optimizing our outside drainage pipes.

They cut corners , epa needs to investigate the company they don't claim their Refrigerant. I was their when the technician cut the compressor and let the refrigerant bleed cause it took to long to reclaim it. The don't practice epa guidelines.

We called in the evening and received next-day service. We requested to be as early as possible as we were not going to be home in the afternoon. They complied and had the work completed in plenty of time. Plumber was friendly and completed the work very quickly, Thank you.

The technican after inspecting my AC unit advised that my system needed a new condenser motor fan cost being $1600; however, advised we should consider replacing the unit because the unit is 13 years old. The verbal quote we received for replacing the unit was $15,000. We obtained a second opinion from another Company who diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor cost to repair $325, and completed repairs and the unit is running smoothly. The other company informed me that the AC unit is otherwise in good condition and should last us another 7 to 12 years. Lesson learned is to get a second opinion from another company when you are uncomfortable with what you are being told which we did.

Steve and Rob arrived on time, used shoe covers and were personable and knowledgeable. They solved a plumbing problem that no one had been able to resolve in the past. I highly recommend them and feel they can handle problems that require in depth problem solving. I felt they went out of their way to answer my questions thoroughly and even made suggestions for our situation that were above and beyond what was expected.

We were told by our current HVAC company that we needed to replace our heating & AC unit (inside & out). We got an estimate from them, an estimate from Wm. Henderson, and a 3rd estimate from another local company. Henderson's quote beat our existing company by $2,000 (when we told them - they made NO efforts to keep us as a client). Henderson came out for an estimate on a Tuesday, and by the following Monday we had everything installed. Crew was professional and efficient. So far, so good. We plan on changing all of our service plans over to Henderson and kicking our old service company to the curb.
