The technician who came to check the HVAC was more of a salesman than a technician. This is what happens when a company heavily incentivizes its employees to sell services, including credit. Never going to use the service.

Michael was fantastic. Our water heater was in a very difficult spot. He not only got it replaced, but did so without damaging anything at all, which I was prepared to tolerate knowing how badly positioned it was. He went above and beyond with making sure everything he touched was left better than he found it, and was an excellent communicator. We are very happy with the quality of the work, but to mention the added features our home was lacking previously due to age, like proper shut off valves. Highly recommended.

Repair was needed on kitchen faucet beginning with my first contact on a Sunday morning till our technician , Chris Cannon finished the job it was perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would recommend this company 100% and Chris. Thank you

The team, from Lee, the salesman, to Tim, Michael and Nicholas, were all spectacular, dedicated, professional and thorough on our big, complicated job. Tim, the team lead really went the extra mile to help us, and was really impressive in his knowledge and trouble shooting. The team even stayed late one evening to get us hot water for showers with a half day left for the job. Our heat is so much better now than the system they replaced, we are never going back to another company. Amazing experience!

This is the second time I had the occasion to use this company and am glad I did. Shane B came to my home and was very professional and courteous. He resolved the issue in a timely manner and I appreciate his experitse.

I scheduled for HVAC maintenance from a flyer, confirmed with them twice, they called an hour into the appointment window and told me that they wouldn't be able to make it and that they'd be able to reschedule me a month later. The dispatcher wasn't professional at all about it either.

this company does a solid job. the technicians are friendly, customer service is impeccable. they’re quick to respond and they feel like they really care about your issue and will do everything in their power to resolve it.

During the recent freezing weather and icing we lost power 2 days before Christmas as did many others. There was a power surge that fried the capacitor and we were unable to get warm air to blow through the house. It was below freezing and all the local companies were swamped with emergency calls. We have 2 small children so we were panicked as the temps in the house were in the 50s. Jeff heard our service request call come through and knew what the issue was and where we lived. He was able to get out to us before anyone and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We are so grateful to him for coming to our home on one of the coldest days of the year right before Christmas, and having us up and running again in no time. He truly saved our Christmas! Thank you!
