WM Henderson Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical Inc.

I recently had a boiler installed while I was working from home. The technicians were great about respecting when I had meetings and were mostly invisible during the install. It sounds weird, but the fact that I was able to work from home efficiently while having major work done is a testament to their professionalism and experience.

Just got their mailer that was designed to look like a government check... Is this even legal? If it is, then I don't think it's ethical. Desperation? I'm going with someone else for my HVAC needs because of this.

Although it took 3 different plumbers to finally repair the issue correctly, which was an inconvenience to me, all were very nice to interact with. They all seemed to care about their work. Throughout the entire process, the customer service I received from several different employees was truly exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised since this is very rare these days.

I am so glad this business was recommended to me. Jim, my Technician, was excellent from the beginning of the job to the end.

The tech arrived on time and worked diligently to replace the leaking cartridges. Unfortunately, we noticed a hairline crack in the sink after he left.

Don't waste your time with this company. They'll charge you money just to roll a truck out and give you an estimate, in an attempt to make you feel pot-committed to giving them the job. This company originally quoted me 2200 for a job, dropped it to 1950 making it sound like they were giving me a deal. I had a local guy come in and do the job for 750. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night - robbery.

Update - The customer service rep called me, and stated my situation was going to be communicated to executive leadership. In addition, I did get a refund for the truck roll/estimate, which was nice and unexpected. Modifying review to 2 stars.

Jeffrey is the BEST. He's so knowledgeable in everything and he is so professional. He's such an asset to any company and I am so grateful that he was helping me with our heating problems. Please treat him well, he deserves the best. Great guy. I am a forever Henderson customer because of Jeffrey.

We've used this company many times, they are always able to schedule quickly. Homeowners know the drill, as the house ages things can go awry. This time we had a cranky toilet, needed to be refitted, our plumber was Shane, everything was done expertly and cleanly. We wouldn't even consider calling any other company. Special kudos to their scheduling staff. Thank you!

Used them twice in a 2 week period. Had the same tech on site, Shane. Shane will get my plumbing business from now on and I have a number of projects coming up. I thought the price was competitive and fair, and when the work is that good and effective, it’s worth it. No mess at all left behind, and got great advice from Shane on site. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to complete plumbing projects. Ask for Shane!

Henderson is alway dependable and professional. I have used them many times and have never been disappointed!
