Needed to have a pedestal sink faucet replaced. I was very concerned about the potential damage to my wallpaper. But Kyle the tech that came to our house took great care and did not damage the wallpaper. It was a very tight space and a challenging job. He did great work. He even had to cut one of his own tools to make it fit in the space! Highly recommend this company for plumbing needs !

Technician Jim Whitton and Assistant Ismael did a wonderful Job installing new toilet and vanity in bathroom. Jim was very knowledgeable, patient and responsive to all questions. Both acted in very professional manner. And they fully cleaned up after their work.

We have used Henderson Plumbing for new home heater & recently for replacing of both main water & sewer pipes all done in ONE DAY also replaced was kitchen drain pipe to new main sewer pipe installed a new laundry sink There was no clean up bc Henderson took care of EVERYTHING

My water heater was past its useful life and started leaking, so I scheduled with them online late in the evening and they had an opening available the next morning! The plumber was right on time, explained everything thoroughly and walked me through my options. What shocked me was that he was able to start right away! He had a colleague bring the new water heater, and in the meantime he drained and removed the old system. They were in and out in a few short hours, and did excellent quality work!

My experience dealing with WM Henderson was top notch. I met with their salesman Lee on Tuesday, and I have 4 new AC units installed two days later. Their installation crew, including Andrew, Joe and Tim, was just great. They were efficient, friendly, very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend WM Henderson for your HVAC needs.

Donald Harrison was exceptional with exploring every aspect of my HVAC to get my air conditioning to work, explaining every thing that he was doing. Polite and professional. The job required more extensive work. Henderson sent a Tech, Anthony Falcone. to my home this morning. Anthony explained to me everything that he would be doing, he was very professional and polite. He worked long hours and successfully rectified my problem. He sat with me, took his time and explained everything in detail that he did, while sharing visuals to support

I give two stars because the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. However, before booking the appointment I called and asked about how the pricing worked. I was told it was an $89 dispatch fee and then the technician will go over the estimate and you decide if you want to proceed. I was charged $145 instead. The technician says he had to charge for thirty minutes of labor. I feel very mislead. I was expecting to only pay the $89. Please be careful when booking your appointment!!

I already had 3 different specialist out to my house so I already knew the exact issue. They came to my house looked me in my face told me my system was shot and would need a repair that would cost me over $5000. They insisted I replace the unit. My unit is now repaired it cost $700 these guys are actual scammers avoid at all cost!

They reached out to me today in an attempt to remove my review. It will be staying here because they actually tried to scam me into paying $13k for a new ac unit!

From sales professional to the guys that did installation. Best group of guys ever. They were clean, neat and put in a whole new heater and air-conditioning unit all in one day. They are there on time and very nice and respectful. Answered all of my questions and or concerns. I highly recommend this company.

Jeff Stout came to our house for a drain cleaning and garbage disposal wire up, and at later times an a/c tuneup and plumbing check up. He is the most friendly and courteous technician I’ve ever dealt with. He is also extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the plumbing and HVAC industry and I have full confidence in any of his work at my house. Thanks Jeff…. And Henderson!
