Technician David Wojciechowski arrived and quickly assessed the problem and resolved quickly. Very satisfied with the service.

Anthony is professional and extremely knowledgeable about our specific type of Buderus boiler. I trust him to do a thorough analysis of the boiler's current condition, identify maintenance issues and clean the unit appropriately, given its age and condition. He answers all of our questions, takes photos of the work completed and explains the factors surrounding the longevity of the unit. Ask for him if you have a Buderus!

Steven, the plumber that was sent, was on time in the window we were given. He was very respectful of our home the entire time he was there. Steven did a great job of answering any questions I had about the water heater and did a great job explaining the work he recommended. I really liked the fact that the work, even with extra parts needed, only took one visit as well. Overall a very positive experience.

Nick did an excellent job with the heater cleaning. He was also here for the yearly heater tune-up and did an amazing job during that visit as well. He is an excellent technician!

Shane came out to help us with a leak in our ceiling coming from a neighbor upstairs. He was communicative and helped us understand everything going on. Notably he arrived early for a late in the day emergency call. Would recommend.

If I could give negative stars I would. Please stay far away from this company. The technicians are basically hired off the street and have no clue what they are doing. Management is run by people who do not care about their customers, but only about making money. They will show up late and leave you worse off than before. Have had nothing but problems after they installed their brand new HVAC system.

UPDATE: Their manager never reached out to me and it’s now Christmas Day, the coldest day of the year, and I have NO heat!!!! Literally problem after problem. Merry Christmas to me!

My Tech was Paul. He initially did the diagnostic and was able to figure out what the problem was. He was so great that I opt to have him come back and do the repair. He's professional, kind and paid attention to detail. He arrived on time for each appointment. Today was a bit cold, I felt bad that he had to be outside fixing my unit. Although he was col he still did an amazing job. The price was fair and the customer service was great too. WM Henderson has gained a loyal customer, I would recommend to family and friends. Thanks Paul + WM Team. :)

The technicians who did our work were friendly, knowledgeable, competent and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone who might need work on or replacement of, their heating and hot water systems. They completed the job in a timely manner, explained things as they went along and did an excellent job of installing our new systems. You can't go wrong if either if these guys show up at your house on a service call.

The technician showed up on time was professional when he arrived after examining the furnace for an hour he comes back and tells us that it will cost $5,500 just to repair the furnace in reality it cost $50 to perform a simple clean out and replace the thermal cut out fuse this guy is either incompetent and should not be working on gas fired heaters. Or he was trying to run a scam to get more money for his business that he works for either way if this is the quality of people that they employ I would not recommend this company in any way shape or form
